Exploratory Research On Modern Scientific Connotation Of Typical Syndrome And Therapy Under Miao Medical Theory By Characteristic Miao Medicine

As one of Guizhou strategic emerging industries,Miao medicine industry economic output was located at the top of the Minority medicine industries in the past ten years.Relatively speaking,Miao medicine theory research,especially Miao medical syndrome and characteristic therapy modern scientific connotations research were logging so far behind in the Miao medicine industry development process.in order to keep the Miao medicine industry sustainable and upgrade development,it is urgent to study on the modern scientific connotation of Miao medicine theory?Guizhou famous Miao medicine preparation Kangfuyan Capsule,which mainly composed of Polygonum perfoliatum L.,was world-famous for its significant effect on dysmenorrhea and other gynecologic diseases.As one of branded Miao medicine,Kangfuyan Capsule was facing the previous mentioned same problems.Through literature review and communication with local doctors of Guizhou,we found dysmenorrhea belong to Qi-stagnation and blood stasis syndrome under Miao medicine theory.Mean while characteristic Miao medicine P.perfoliatum L.was widely applied in Toxin-expelling therapy on Miao heat toxin syndrome.In order to solve the common and key issues of Miao medicine industry,Miao medicine“Heat toxin syndrome”,taking Kangfuyan Capsule and P.perfoliatum L.as demonstrative drugs,“Qi-stagnation and blood stasis syndrome”,“Toxin-expelling therapy”and“Qi-exposing and stasis blood-dispersing therapy”were studied by using modern pharmacological research methods on the whole animal level in this paper.Herein,we want to explore modern scientific connotation of Miao medical syndrome theory and characteristic therapy on the whole animal level.The main conclusions were as following:Part?Study on the Modern Scientific Connotation of Heat toxin syndrome under Theory of Miao MedicineTaking healthy male KM mouse as experimental carrier,Miao medicine Heat toxin syndrome animal model was established with Trauma and sewage infection.20 healthy male KM mice were randomly divided into blank group and model group,each for 10.After animal modeled,general physical signs of mice were observed.After 7 days,the mice were drawn blood from eyeball,the levels of Na⁺,Mg²⁺by endpoint method,Ca²⁺,Cl^-,K⁺were determined by microplate method and ALP,ALT,AMS,AST,BUN,CHE,CO₂-CP,CPK,D-Bil,GLU,HDL-C,IgA,IgG,IgM,LDH,LDL-C,PA,TB,TC,TG,UC and Urea were determined by ELISA.Then the mice were killed,took out spleen and thymus.Organ coefficient was determined by weighing method.Results showed:model group TC,K⁺,GLU,CHE were lower than blank group.The levels of of CPK,IGA,ALT of model group were significantly higher than blank group.Spleen coefficient was higher than blank group,meanwhile thymus index was lower than blank group.The main features of Miao medicine Heat toxin syndrome included:body infection,decline of immune function and electrolyte disturbance.Part ? Study on the modern scientific connotation of“Qi-stagnation and blood stasis”syndrome under Theory of Miao MedicineTaking healthy virginal SD rats as experimental object,animal model with Qi-stagnation and blood stasis syndrome under the theory of Miao medicine was established by chronic stimulation and oxytocin.24 healthy female SD rats were randomLy divided into blank group,model group and Qi-stagnation and blood stasis syndrome group,each for 8.The Qi-stagnation and blood stasis syndrome model of rats was established introduced by chronic stimulation and oxytocin.After animal modeled,general physical signs of rats were observed.40 minutes after the last administration,xytocin to model by ip.and observed body wrest of rats.Then urine samples were collected and analyzed by dry chemical method.After fasting 12hrs,the rats were drawn blood from rats eyeball and isolated serum,the levels of ALB,ALP,ALT,AMS,AST,BUN,CHE,CO₂-CP,CPK,D-BiL,GLU,HDL-C,IgA,IgG,IgM,LDH,LDL-C,PA,TB,TC,TG,UC and Urea were determined by ELISA.The rats were killed,took out liver,spleen and thymus.Organ coefficient was determined by weighing method.Results showed:model group LDL-C?CPK?IgG?BUN?Cr?Urea were higher than blank group;the levels of of GLU was significantly lower than blank group;model rats liver index was higher than blank group and thymus index was droped lower than blank group;URO was higher than blank group,occult and ketone body were detected in some model rats.From the results,the main features of Qi-stagnation and blood stasis syndrome included:injury of muscle cell,infection,liver and kidney dysfunction and decline of immunity.Part ?
