Objection The research of experimental animal studies that the therapeuticmechanism of Miao medicine bomb tendon therapy in treating rabbit model of chroniclumbar muscle strain, while clinical research Miao medicine therapy affect tendons bombsigns and symptoms score and efficacy of chronic lumbar muscle strain and to explore itsmechanism.Method Experimental study of the experimental rabbits were randomly divided intotreatment group playing bars, drug treatment group and model control group, each witheight, bruising swelling was observed before and after treatment in each group, bloodrheology indicators and tissue morphology after treatment the changes in muscle tissueSOD activity, MDA content; clinical study of60patients with chronic lumbar musclestrain elastic tendons were randomly divided into treatment groups and drug controlgroup,30cases were observed in both groups of patients before and after treatment VASscore, OPDQ questionnaire score, lumbar activity score and efficacy.Results Animal studies show that playing tendon injury therapy can significantlyimprove local bruising swelling, muscle tissue morphology, blood rheology (P <0.01~0.05), and the degree of improvement is better than drug therapy group (P <0.05), whileplaying the tendons and drug treatment groups outside the government can improvemuscle tissue SOD activity and reduce the content of MDA, and no significant differencebetween the two groups.Clinical studies have shown that elastic tendons total effective rate in the treatmentgroup, the cure rate, better rates than the drug treatment group; while studies have shownthat elastic tendons treated with the drug therapy group in VAS scores before and aftertreatment of chronic lumbar muscle strain, OPDQ Questionnaire score, lumbar activityscore showed significant improvement (P <0.01~0.05), but the degree of improvementin elastic tendons group than the medication group (P <0.05).Conclusion Miao medicine bomb tendon therapy is a safe and effective method forchronic lumbar muscle strain clinical treatment, with good results. Its therapeuticmechanism is to improve blood circulation, accelerate veins and lymph, promote the absorption of edema and inflammatory cells; expansion of capillaries increased bloodvolume, muscle tissue provides the necessary nutrients to accelerate the speed ofrecovery of muscle cells; reduced blood flow changes of the indicators, with the functionof blood circulation; improves muscle tissue SOD activity and reduced MDA levels, sothat the body’s antioxidant system restore balance and enhance the muscle tissueantioxidant and free radical scavenging capacity. |
