Objective: To observe the histopathology change and IL-1β、PGE2level of Spragu-Dawley rat by using Medical hospital late well-known weapons expertsProfessor Zheng Huaixian’s ZhengShiYiHaoXunXiYao in treatment of acute soft tissueinjury. And to study the pharmacodynamic action and machanisms of theZhengshiyihaoxunxiyao, Providing a theoretical basis for clinical treatment.Methods:(1)72three months SD rats, weight220±20g, laboratory adaptivefeeding7days before the heavy blow method made the module. According to the tableof random number method randomly divided it into two groups (n=36), the controlgroup(ZhengShiYiHaoXunXiYao) and the blank control group.; After24hours givingthe control group the treatment of ZhengShiYiHaoXunXiYao,2times daily, and thecontrol group use the water fumigation treatment, twice a day. To observe the indexchange of the soft tissue injury area and2days after, the fourth day, the sixth day: Theexperimental group and control group were randomly picked up12rats, after death takeskeletal muscle paraffin embedding, sectioning, light-microscopy histomorphologychanges. And through the immunohistochemistry method for determining ratgastrocnemius and the change of PI3K, and AKT, BCL-2, BAX.Results:(1) Injury symptoms index observation shows: Compared the control groupwith the experiment group. The former group has a much better performance than thelatter one.which shows the ZhengShiYiHaoXunXiYao can obviously promote thesituation of the damage of local swelling, subcutaneous ecchymosis and subcutaneousbleeding dissipation, and significantly improved the state of mind of the rats after theinjury;(2) light-microscopy: ZhengShiYiHaoXunXiYao has significantly and quicklyreduced the inflammation and edema of the injuried area and significantly reduced theprocess of the muscle fiber repairing compared with the model control group,.(3)immunohistochemistry: ZhengShiYiHaoXunXiYao could significantly inhibit thechanging of injury soft tissue PI3K and AKT, BCL-2,BAX,in the point of2th、4th、6th day,it gets an obviously difference compared with the model group.Conclusion: ZhengShiYiHaoXunXiYao can treat the subcutaneous blood stasis,swelling, pain and dysfunction etc caused by acute soft tissue injury. The mechanismmay exist in the way the ZhengShiYiHaoXunXiYao influenced the signal path of thePI3K/AKT and its downstream moleculars,like BCL-2, BAX and plays a key role forinhibiting cell apoptosis and promoting the proliferation and the reconstruction of theinjuried soft tisse.So it is worthy to be popularized and applied in clinic.
