Arming at the reliability problem of the domestic rolling components, the reliability tests and analysis methods were studied with the background of the national science and technology project "High-speed, heavy load, precision ball screws and linear guides", which can provide detection means and design basis for the improvement of the rolling components.The indexes, concepts and key technologies of the rolling components were analyzed and summarized. Then, the route of the reliability research of rolling components was given.The reliability engineering tests and analysis methods of the ball screws were studied. The constant stress accelerated test method of the precision ball screw was proposed, and the reliability engineering test was done; then the precision, friction torque, fault conditions and wear life were analyzed and researched. The comprehensive performance test method of the high-speed ball screw was proposed, and the performance indexes were detected based on the method; then the performance indexes of the hollow high-speed ball screw and solid high-speed ball screw were contrasted. The constant stress accelerated test method of the heavy load ball screw was proposed, and the reliability engineering test was done; then the backlash, friction torque and fatigue life were analyzed and researched.The reliability engineering tests and analysis methods of the linear rolling guides were studied. The test method based on stepping loading of the heavy load linear rolling guide was proposed, and the reliability engineering test was done; then the precision, friction force, fault conditions and fatigue life were analyzed and researched. The reliability test method of the high-speed and precision linear rolling guide was proposed, and the reliability engineering test was done; then the precision, friction force and lifetime were analyzed and researched.The reliability determination tests and evaluation methods of the rolling components were studied. Arming at the characteristics of the rolling components, a reliability test method based on small sample test and accelerated life test was proposed. Based on virtual augmented theory and probability weighted moment method, the wear life weibull model of the precision ball screw and the fatigue life weibull model of the heavy load linear rolling guide were built.Based on the reliability tests and analysis, the reliability design method of rolling components was studied for the improvement of the products, and the reliability management process and measures were summarized.
