The reliability indexes of the xx system are very important, and their evaluation work has become a necessary part to appraise the equipment system. The reliability evaluation work of the equipment system has very important realistic meaning to the use of the system.According to the feature of the system, this dissertation confirms its reliability system and reliability parameters. It expatiates on the methods of the system reliability evaluation and test starting with the reliability evaluation of the most elementary subsystem. The reliability evaluations of the subsystem are given using the Bayes method and the classical method respectively according to the various reliability distributions of the victory-vs-failure system estimate and index system estimate. The subsystem test data are transformed into the system test data using the data synthesizing method based on the Bayes method and the classical method. The synthesis of the xx test data and the xx data are given when the ground test data are victory-vs-failure type, index type and mixture type respectively. It discusses the synthesis of the development data and the test data. Aiming to the reliability parameter of the equipment system presented in the development mission book, the methods of the reliability test are given. The methods include the timing test in the classical method, the hypothesis test of the Bayes probability rate and the Bayes sequence finality test.The dissertation analyzes the case using the expatiated methods according to the test data collected in each test phase. The content includes the collective and analysis of the test data, the reliability evaluation and verification. The results are satisfied our requirements.
