With the service life growth of the reinforced concrete structure, the stress of the structure and the component performance will continue to degradation. After 2008 earthquake for school buildings suffered extensive damage, the specification of primary and secondary schools to enhance the seismic fortification category class. Therefore, it must be tested and appraisal before transform the existing structure into primary and Middle School of the structure, to provide the necessary basis for the reinforcement designed in later.In this paper One six-floor reinforced concrete structure, which will be retrofitted into a primary school teaching building in Quanzhou, was chosen as the research object to test appraisal and evaluate the reliability. The main work has been done as follow:(1) The detection and identification in accordance with the relevant cords and standards, on-site investigation was expanded of a six-story reinforced concrete structure in Quanzhou. Testing and appraisal in terms of construction quality, material strength and durability of structural members, on-site test data basis, select the corresponding calculation parameters and material parameters of the structure and analysis of static checking, checking columns, beams, plates bearing capacity.(2) Based on "Standard for seismic appraisal of building"(GB 50023-2009), select the site, foundation, structure system, material strength, details of seismic design, infill walls connected with the main structure, comprehensive evaluation of the seismic behavior of the structure;(3) The basic principle of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory is described in detail.Combining the characteristics of the reinforced concrete frame structure with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, the corresponding reliability evaluation model is established, which is a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model.First of all, using structural arrangement, construction of bracing systems, ring beam structure, and contact between the structure as a structural integrity evaluation factor set. Selection of roof, wall, doors and windows, other protective measures as the enclosure structure of the evaluation factor set;Secondly, the qualitative judgement matrix is used to describe the foundation, structure integrity and enclosure structure;(4) Selection of the bearing capacity, crack, reinforcement corrosion, carbonation of concrete, deformation as a structural member of the factors set. Based on the corresponding membership function, the reliability level of the component is calculated. To begin with, the comprehensive evaluation grade of the reinforced concrete structure layer is calculated, and then the asymmetric nearness method to deal with the assessment results. Lastly, calculate the overall reliability of the structure. Finally, using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model and calculation procedures, evaluates the reliability of a six storey reinforced concrete structure in Fengze District of Quanzhou.
