Nuclear power plant emergency operating procedures is an important factor of the safeoperation of nuclear power plants, emergency operating procedures of the control centre roomin traditional use event guide more discipline, and the digital master control room use stateorientation more procedures to reduce the operator’s workload, and improve the safetyperformance of nuclear power plants. With the application of digital technology, manyscholars analyzed the characteristics of the digital nuclear power plant, and digitization of thewhole plant operation, but there are very few through information flow of digitalsymptom-oriented procedure (SOP) for further study, and the research is not comprehensive.Procedures for nuclear power plant design focus of the study was to investigate underemergency conditions, the performance of emergency operating procedures for operators, aswell as how to carry on the quantitative. Before listing, interview ways to check the operatingrules, but they are some deficiencies. Emergency procedures timely in order to obtainquantitative assessment results, often need to use the operation procedures of modelingmethods to do experiments, in this way time consuming, laborious and could not be veryfrequent to do the experiment. This paper will based on the flow of information, quantitativeanalysis of information on SOP.First of all, through the literature research and analysis of nuclear power plant onsitevideo, compare the main features of the control centre room in digital, and discusses thedigital master control room from the Angle of cognitive psychology of information searchbehavior characteristics and by the influence of the performance of master control room HMIdesign;And then to information qualitative model and quantitative model of information flowtheory as a foundation, analyzed the digital master control room of the SOP regulations, in theform of graphical intuitively shows its processes, and then quantitatively calculate the codeinformation, and meaningful research and analysis of data;Finally, based on the experiment of eye movement apparatus, designed based on theexperiment of digital SOP procedures, validation of quantitative model based on informationobtained conclusions; Comparing procedures of different steps and the execution time of the relationship; Compare the amount of information to the execution time.
