It can improve theblood viscosity, increase the content of SOD and decrease WBC, MDA and NO.Thelevel of IL-1、IL-2 in BALF were significantly elevated. It can improve thepathohistological change of lung, decrease the number of sweat glands of toes, increaseblood stream.The counts of total Ach decreased and AchE increased. The counts of cAMPand PGE2 of hypothalamus decreased.Part Three:Objective to investigate the mechanism of Huangqi on endodermits cells injuried byH2O2Methods: By setting up the oxidative injury model of endodermits cells, observe theprotection of blood serum sampled from different time. We observed the morphologicchange of endodermits cells injuried by H2O2 and the antioxidation of Huangqi by testingthe level of NO, SOD and MDA.Result:After one hour of injecting Huangqi at Zusanli, the function of the bloodserum got the climax.It can improve the daminification of cells’ morphologic change. Itshowed that Huangqi could reduce the release of NO and MDA, increase the level of SOD.
