Clinical Observation On Zusanli Acupoint Injection Of Huangqi Injection For Improving The Malnutrition Of Patients With Maintenance Hemodialysis

Objective Observation and study on bilateral zusanli acupoint injection of huangqi injection to treat malnutrition in maintenance hemodialysis patients,objective evaluation of the study the practicality and safety,provide a strong basis for clinical application.Methods 1.Source of Cases To choose 60 patients with spleen and kidney deficiency and blood stasis who had received regular hemodialysis treatment more than 3 months in the first affiliated hospital of henan university of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2014 to June 2015,these patients were randomly divided into two groups.Control group was given adequate hemodialysis,recombinant human erythropoietin and diet therapy.The treatment group,basised on this,combined with huangqi injection,bilateral zusanli acupoint injection.After 2 months to observe the indicators before and after treatment.2.Observation index(1)According to the modified quantitative subjective assessment method(MQSGA)to assess the treatment group,the control group of patients before and after treatment of nutritional status.(2)Observation of clinical symptoms:lassitude and asthenia,anorexia,dim complexion,lumbago,shapeless stool,squamous and dry skin.(3)Laboratory tests:Biochemical factor:Pre-albumin(PAB),Albumin(alb).Blood routine:Hemoglobin(HGB),Hematokri(HCT).(4)Anthropometric indicators:Body mass index(BMI),Triceps skinfold(TSF).3.Statistical Methods Statistical methods used SPSS19.0 statistical analysis software package to carry on the analysis,the measurement data is state data using(±x—S),completely randomized design take completely random two sample t-test,paired design difference between normal by paired t-test,the binary count data using chi-square test,level data using the rank sum test,P < 0.05 results have statistical significance.Results 1.Modified quantitative subjective global assessment:After MQSGA first diagnosed,the treatment group and the control group had no significant difference in nutritional assessment(P>0.05);2 months later,scores of the two groups were all improved in different degree.Among them,the treatment group efficiency was 33.33%,while the control group,the efficiency of 10%.The results showed that the effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the result is statistically significant(P < 0.05).2.Main symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine curative effect: treatment group after treatment in TCM clinical symptom score before treatment significantly improved,the difference has statistical significance(P<0.05).The clinical symptoms of lassitude improvement compared with the control group,compared the difference,and the result is statistically significant(P<0.01),anorexia,diarrhea symptoms than the control group is significant difference,the result is statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Comparison of laboratory examination indexes:treatment group after treatment in patients with PAB,ALB,HGB,HCT index compared with before treatment,were increased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Treatment group after treatment in patients with ALB,HGB,HCT compared with the control group has a significant difference,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Comparison of anthropometric indicators:After treatment,the treatment group patients BMI?TSF compared with the previous treatment has a significant difference,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the treatment group TSF has significant difference compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.According to the improvement of symptoms,the results showed that the effective rate of treatment group was 80%,while the control group was 50%,the treatment group was obviously better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion This study shows that according to Zusanli acupoint injection of huangqi injection can significantly improve the MHD patients with malnutrition and low price,and there are no significant side effects,easy to be acceptable to patients.
