| Objectives To observe the Huangqi injection combined with thymopentin-5on immune function for patient with gastric cancer after postoperative and adjuvant chemotherapy, and to explore its possible mechanism on it’s action.Methods:We included in the analysis patient recieiving postoperative chemotherapy after radical surgery for gastric cancer case90in the Gansu Provincial Tumor Hospital of gastrointestinal surgery from December2010to December2012, According to the patients admitted to the order were randomly divided into two groups, the control group, combination with Huangqi and Thymopentin-5therapy group,45cases in each,were given the0.9%Sodium Chloride Injection or Huangqi combined with thymopentin-5injection, the observed improvements in the quality of life of patients before and after treatment, T cell subsets, including CD3、CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8and NK cell number changes,Huangqi injection combined with thymopentin-5injection in order to evaluate the impact on the immune function of gastric cancer patients after postoperative chemotherapy.Results:Huangqi injection can alleviate postoperative gastric cancer patients was inhibited CD3、CD4、CD8,CD4/CD8,as well as the number of NK cells;the thymopentin-5injection can improve patients with gastric cancer after chemotherapy,and of CD3、CD4、CD8, and the ratio of CD4/CD8and NK cell number increased;Huangqi injection the joint thymopentin-5injection synergistic effect can be achieved to improve the patient’s after chemotherapy symptoms and improve patients quality of life(The two groups have significant statistics difference, P<0.01),immune system play a good role in promoting(The two groups have significant statistics difference,P<0.05或P<0.01)Conclusion:Huangqi injection combined Thymopentin-5injection can effectively enhance and improve the immune function of postoperative gastric cancer patients, its mechanism may be related with immune c increase. |
