Objective:Differentiation of sweat is one of the important contents of TCM Diagnostics。To observation the difference between normal sweating and hyperhidrosis and the objective contents of differentiation of sweat in TCM so as to provide an experimental basis for the theory-" sweat and blood are derived from the same source "。Methods: According to the criteria of TCM Diagnostics , 45 cases were divided into Deficiency of the Heart-Qi group , Deficiency of the Lung-Qi group and normal group in order to test the changes of Na+, Cl- , K+, Ca2+, free amino acid , vitaminC in blood and sweat which was gathered in two different periods , by using spectrum assay 。In the light of the different diseases with the same syndrome , we research the difference in composition between normal sweat and hyperhidrosis 。Results: The difference of different periods in each group was not significant . But compared with normal group, Na+, Cl- , K+ , Ca2+, free amino acid , and vitaminC in the sweat were significantly high (p<0.05) in Deficiency of the Heart-Qi group , Deficiency of the Lung-Qi group . Blood Na+ , Cl- , K+, Ca2+,free amino acid , and vitaminC in the blood showed close relation to sweat 。Conclusions: The compositions of hyperhidrosis greatly differ from those of normal sweat . Sweat has close relation to blood 。...
