The Clinical Study Of Using The Method Of Replenish-Kidney And Conciliate-Meridan And Purge-Turbidity To Treat The Patients Of Acute Renal Failure On Chronic Kidney Disease

Object: This study means to elevate our cognition of acute renal failure on chronicrenal disease（A/C）, to analysis the reversible factor which can deteriorate the renalfunction, and to observe the clinical curative effect of replenish-kidney andconciliate-meridan and purge-turbidity（YSHLXZ）.Methods: Select 46 patients with A/C, firstly analysis the component of chronic renaldisease and the inducement of A/C in 46 cases, then adopt the compared clinical study,divide all the patients into the treat group（30 cases） and the control group（16 cases） .Basedon the control of the reversible factors actively, the treat group adding YSHLXZ. The renalfunction（Bun、Scr、eGFR）、the urine protein of 24 hours、the urine blood cells、bloodlipid、symptomatic and the sign scores were compared before treatment and aftertreatment.Results: 1、Te total effective rate of the treat group account for 87.23％,comparedwith 75％of the control group,there is no significant difference between the treat group andthe control group;2、There is significant difference between the treat group and the controlgroup on the symptomatic and the sign scores.3、After treatment,the Bun、Scr、eGFR of thetreat group and the control group are improved obviously compared with the state of thedisease come. 4、The urine protein of the treat group is decreased after treatment ,there is nosignificant difference compared with the control group at the same point;5、The Albconcentration of the treat group is higher after treatment ,but there is there is no significantdifference compared with the control group at the same point.Conclusion: YSHLXZ can alleviate the clinical symptoms effectively, especially thesymptoms of fatigue and tiredness ,short breath ,nausea and vomiting,thick and greasytongue, but has no impaction on the symptoms of blood stasis .and it also can promote therenal function to resume, consequently delay the course of the chronic kidney disease, andis a important tache of the treatment of chronic renal disease.But compared with the control group,there is no impact on melioration on the Upr and U_RBC.
