The Clinical Study Of Using The Method Of Replenish-Kidney And Conciliate-Meridan And Purge-Turbidity To Treat The Patients Of Acute Renal Failure On Chronic Kidney Disease

[Objective] Studying and researching the type of traditional Chinese medicine of thecoronary heart disease patients combined with diabetes, explore its etiology、pathology,take timely intervention to control the risks, improve traditional Chinese medicinetreatment for the disease with theoretical basis, and improve the prognosis of coronaryartery disease.[Methods] Undertake the OGTT to coronary heart disease patients, and taking bloodpressure, blood lipid, uric acid, hemoglobin values and smoking, divide into one group ofpatients coronary heart disease combined with diabetes and a group of patients have nodiabetes, explore the pathogenesis and regularity pattern of syndrome in traditional Chinesemedicine.[Results] This study collected 269 cases of cononary heart disease patients, 170 ofwich combining with diabetes, and 99 cases with the normal blood sugar. The maincertificate type of combined with diabetes is the syndrome of deficiency of qi andstagnation of blood, and secondary is stagnation of blood in the heart, and third isdeficiency of both qi and yin. The main certificate type of the other is also the syndrome ofdeficiency of qi and stagnation of blood, followed by the syndrome of stagnation of bloodin the heart and stagnation of qi and blood. There is a significant difference between thetwo groups of the syndrome deficiency of both qi and yin,(P＜0.05). There is no significantdifference in other syndromes.There is a significant difference in the incidence of hypertension and hyperuricemia, andthe hemoglobin values. The two group also have a significant difference on the rate ofhypertension on the syndrome deficiency of both qi and yin.The OGTT show that 170 patients combing with diabetes, the IFG is 22, and the IGT is 2,the abnormality account for 72.1％.[conclusion] 1、The main certificate type of combined with diabetes is the syndrome ofdeficiency of qi and stagnation of blood, stagnation of blood in the heart, and deficiency ofboth qi and yin, others is less. The main pathogenesis of the disease is deficiency of qi andstagnation of blood, deficiency of both qi and yin. 2、Deficiency of qi and stagnation of blood are the main points ofpathogenesis which lead to the deficiency of yin.3、If coronary artery disease combined with hypertension, hyperuricemia orhyperglycaemia, it is easy to form diabetes.4、The event show that the positive preventing of diabetes is an importantmeasure to prevent the pathological changes of coronary artery disease. Support andprotect yin is the therapeutical principle.
