Study On Mechanism Of Clinical Study On Qixi Xiaoke Shenshuai’an Decoction In Treating Diabetes Renal Failure(Liver And Kidney Yin Deficiency Combined With Dampness,turbidity And Stasis Syndrome)

Objective: To observe the effects of Qixi Xiaoke Shenshuai’an Decoction combined with topical retention enema in the treatment of diabetic renal failure(liver and kidney yin deficiency and dampness,turbidity and stasis toxin),mainly to observe indicators such as blood creatinine,urea nitrogen,urine protein and TCM symptom scores Improve the situation to evaluate its clinical efficacy and safety.Methods: A total of 72 patients in outpatient and treatment areas who met the inclusion criteria and diagnosed as diabetic kidney failure(liver and kidney yin deficiency and blood stasis toxin syndrome)were collected.The test patients were randomly divided into test and control groups,with 36 cases in each group.According to the individual conditions of each patient,symptomatic basic treatments are given,such as lowering blood sugar,lowering blood pressure,correcting acid,lowering lipids,etc.On this basis,the experimental group was given Qixi Xiaoke Shenshuaan Decoction orally combined with external Chinese medicine retention enema;the control group was given Haikun Shenxi Capsule orally combined with Shenkang suppository.The course of treatment was 12 weeks.The improvement of the patients’ clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,serum creatinine,urea nitrogen,24 h urine protein quantification,glomerular filtration rate and other indicators before and after treatment were observed and analyzed by statistical software.Results:1.The experiment was observed for a total of 12 weeks.There were 2 cases in the experimental group and 4 cases in the control group.During this process,no patients withdrew from the experiment due to adverse reactions.Finally,34 cases were completed in the test group,with a total effective rate of 82.35%,and 32 cases in the control group,with a total effective rate of 62.5%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.After treatment,each symptom of the test group was significantly improved.The improvement of fatigue,fatigue,thirst,dizziness,headache,backache,soft knees,oliguria,and dry stool were significantly better than those of the control group(P< 0.05),but there was no significant difference in the five symptoms of upset fever and edema compared with the control group(P>0.05).3.In the treatment of blood creatinine and urea nitrogen,the blood creatinine and urea nitrogen levels of the test group were significantly decreased(P<0.01),and were better than the control group(P<0.05),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05).4.In the improvement of 24 h protein quantification,the test group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).5.In terms of the improvement of glomerular filtration rate,the glomerular filtration rate of the test group was significantly improved,and its improvement rate was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Qixi Xiaoke Shenshuaan Decoction in the treatment of Xiaoke kidney failure(liver and kidney yin deficiency and stasis toxin syndrome),compared with Shenkangshuan combined with Haikun Shenxi Capsule,can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients and reduce blood creatinine,Urea nitrogen,24 h urine protein quantification,slow down the leakage of urine protein,can significantly improve the glomerular filtration rate,and the safety is reliable,with clear clinical value and promotion significance.
