Turbidity Shenqi Treated With Chronic Kidney Disease 2 To 4 (spleen Deficiency And Dampness And Blood Stasis) Clinical Efficacy Analysis

Chronic kidney disease (CKD) is defined as a renal injury more than3months, with orwithout the glomerular filtration rate (GFR) decreased. Clinically characterized by abnormalrenal pathology examination or kidney damage; GFR <60ml/(min·1.73m2), occurred morethan3months, with or without the evidence of kidney damage. For2~4issue of the patients,renal function has declined, and along with the course of progressive development, eventuallyinto end-stage kidney disease (ESRD). For2~4issue of the patients, active treatment, delaythe process of kidney disease has become the focus of treatment. Therefore, for this periodwere treated by using a variety of ways of Chinese and western medicine treatment, canachieve the goal of slow process of chronic kidney disease. Based on the observation ofShenqi drain-turbidity drink treatment for2~4issue of the clinical treatment effect,summarize and analyze the treatment effect differences in different stages.Objective: Investigate the clinical curative effect of Shenqi drain-turbidity drink treatmentof chronic kidney disease (CKD)2~4issue.Methods: Randomly selected107cases of chronic kidney disease (CKD) patients withstage (2~4) according to the stages are divided into three groups. On the basis of foundationtreatment of the low protein diet, antihypertensive, lipid, correction of anemia, electrolyteimbalance and acidosis etc. to give Shenqi drain-turbidity drink, treatment for14to20days.Observe each group before and after treatment of TCM symptoms integral, urea nitrogen(BUN), creatinine (Scr), and the change of the glomerular filtration rate (eGFR), and thehorizontal comparison of Shenqi drain-turbidity drink the curative effect of different stages.Results: Each own comparison before and after the urea nitrogen, serum creatinine wassignificantly decreased, the eGFR increased significantly, the differences were statisticallysignificant (P<0.05). Horizontal comparison between each group, in terms of BUN, eGFR,Clinical curative effect between different groups has no statistical difference (P>0.05), interms of Scr, Chinese medicine symptom scores statistical difference between groups(P<0.05), in terms of main symptom scores, some symptoms in each group have the curativeeffect of differences (P<0.05). Compared between two groups, the treatment effect of Scrstage4group is superior to stage2group and3group, on the curative effect of Chinesemedicine symptom integral stage3and stage4group is superior to stage2groups.Conclusion: Shenqi drain-turbidity drink during the period of chronic kidney disease(CKD)2~4have curative effect, the Scr, Chinese medicine symptom scores in medium andlate curative effect superior to early and mid.
