| 1.objectivesTo observe the effects of Xinshu Granule on primary hypertension with clinicaldepression symptoms, depression, integration, quality of life,24hour ambulatoryblood pressure and serum5hydroxytryptamine (5-HT), gamma aminobutyric acid(GABA), Dobaamine (DA), to investigate the Xinshu Granule on primaryhypertension with depression effect, the overall evaluation of the effect of thetherapy integrated Chinese and Western medicine, primary hypertension anddepression.2.MethodsScreening of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type conforms to the diagnosisstandard of hypertension patients with depression in patients with60cases, using themethod of stochastic control table,60patients were divided into treatment group andcontrol group, treatment group was given western medicine treatment and Shugranule, control group was treated with western medicine treatment, continuoustreatment for1months. Two groups of patients were observed the changes of clinicalsymptoms and signs were observed during the treatment period,24h ambulatoryblood pressure, systolic blood pressure (SBP), mean diastolic blood pressure (DBP),pulse pressure (PP), pulse pressure variation of standard deviation (PPV) changes.Record the depression and clinical quality, patient survival patients, using automaticbiochemical detection of5-HT, GABA, DA expression.3.Results3.1Analysis of western medicine curative effectNo significant difference between the two groups of hypertensive patients (P>0.05).Comparative study of depression effects of the two groups after the treatment, thetreatment group in improving depression significantly improved and the totalefficiency is better than the control group (P <0.05). 3.2Analysis of therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese MedicineComparison of two groups of TCM depression effect, compared with the controlgroup, the treatment group improved TCM depression total efficiency is higher thanthat of the control group (P <0.05). Comparison of two groups of TCM liverstagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome, compared with the control group, thetreatment group in the effect, total effective rate was higher than the control group (P<0.05).3.3Comparison of two groups of hypertensive symptom integral quantizationAfter treatment, the treatment group dizziness, irritability, backache, five upset hot,red eyes, heart palpitations, food less symptom scores decreased (P <0.05or P<0.01), dizziness, headache, chest tightness control group, red face, heartpalpitations symptoms decreased (P <0.05)； compared with the control group aftertreatment, the treatment group irritability, backache, five upset hot symptom scorelower than those in the control group (P <0.05).3.4Comparison of groups of two liver stagnation and spleen deficiencysymptom integral quantizationAfter treatment, the treatment group hypochondrium distending pain, depression,eating less, irritability, mood irritability, loose stools, abdominal pain, not to vent tovent reduced pain after symptom score decreased (P <0.05or P <0.01), group ofhypochondrium distending pain, emotional irritability symptom score reducingcontrol (P <0.05)； compared with the control group after treatment, the treatmentgroup depression, food less, irritability symptom scores decreased (P <0.05).3.5Comparison of two total score of symptomsAfter treatment, compared with before treatment, the treatment group, the controlgroup decreased total symptom score (P <0.05or P <0.01)； the two groups aftertreatment the total symptom score had no difference (P>0.05), before and after thetreatment of integral differential, difference of treatment group was higher than thecontrol group (P <0.05). 3.6Analysis of hypertension core indexAfter treatment, compared with before treatment, the treatment group and controlgroup, systolic pressure, diastolic pressure were decreased (P <0.05or P <0.01)；after the treatment, the treatment group and control group, systolic pressure, diastolicpressure has no difference (P>0.05). After treatment, compared with beforetreatment, the treatment group during the day, at night, during the day, SBP DBPPPV (P <0.05), no significant change in SBP (P>0.05)； the control group duringthe day, night SBP, DBP, PP were decreased (P <0.05).3.7Analysis of core symptom curative effect of depressionAfter treatment, depression, lethargy, poor chest coerce bilges, good Taixi symptomtotal score decreased significantly (P<0.05, P<0.01)； compared with the controlgroup, depression, lack of energy, poor good sighing symptom total score decreasedafter treatment (P<0.05).3.8two groups of depression integral comparisonAfter treatment, compared with before treatment, after treatment, HAMD, SDSintegral value decreased (P <0.05or P <0.01), the treatment group in improvingHAMD, SDS integral is better than that of the control group (P <0.01).3.9Comparison of life quality quantitative integralBefore treatment, no significant difference between the two groups of the quality oflife among integral (P>0.05). After treatment, compared with before treatment, thetreatment group physical field, psychological field integral elevated (P <0.05),control group (P <0.05). Compared with the control group after treatment, thetreatment group increased psychological field integral (P <0.05).3.10Depression indexes of GABA,5-HT, DABefore treatment, no significant difference between the two groups of patients withdepression (P>0.05). After treatment, two groups of5-HT, GABA, DA increasedsignificantly (P <0.05or P <0.01)； control group5-HT significantly increased (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the treatment group5-HT, GABA increased (P <0.05or P <0.01).4.ConclusionsXian Shu particles are of hypertensive patients with depression:1Xinshu granule can improve the curative effect of depression in patients withprimary hypertension2Xinshu granule can improve the primary level of blood pressure in patients withhypertension and depression3Xinshu granule could improve primary hypertension with depression symptoms inpatients with depressive symptoms4Xinshu granule can improve the primary level of depression in patients withhypertension and depression5Xinshu granule can improve the primary hypertension associated with quality oflife in patients with depression6Xinshu granule can regulate the primary hypertension and depression in patientswith5-HT, GABA, DA... |
