Clinical Study Of Xinshu Granule In The Treatment Of Depression And Anxiety

Objective:By observing the use of xin shu pellet treatment the clinical curative effect of combined depression anxiety state of premature beat,to explore the diagnosis and treatment xin shu particles merge depression anxiety state mechanism of premature for clinical treatment of premature beat merge depression anxiety state provides a practical and effective method of treatment.Method:1.Group:a randomized double-blind grouping method was used to include 60 cases of premature beat and depression anxiety,30 cases in the study group and 30 in the control group.In the treatment group,the antiarrhythmic drugs were treated with xinshu granules,and the control group was treated with conventional antiarrhythmic drugs.2.Indicators:the effect of treatment for 4 weeks,before and after treatment,respectively,24 h dynamic electrocardiogram(ecg)monitoring patients(premature beat frequency and heart rate variability),assessment before and after treatment of TCM syndrome integral,Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)scores,Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)score,depression self rating scale(SDS)score,Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)score and observe the change of the security indexes before and after treatment.Results:Before and after treatment in patients with premature beat frequency,TCM syndrome integral,HAMD scores and HAMA scores and SDS scale score,PSQI scale scores compared with before treatment were significantly decreased(p<0.01),after treatment in patients with heart rate variability(SDNN,SDANN,rMSSD,pNN50)levels were higher than before treatment(p<0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion:1.Xinshu granules can significantly reduce the frequency of premature beats in patients and improve heart rate variability of patients;Xinshu granules can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with depression and anxiety,improve their state of anxiety and depression,and increase their sleep quality and time.2.Clinical application of xinshu granule in the treatment of premature beat and depression anxiety state,with high safety and effective efficacy.
