Observation On The Clinical Effect Of Pengxingtongmai Granule In Treating Primary Hypertension

Purpose : To explore the efficacy of Pengxingtongmai granule in the treatment of EH by means of literature study,prescription study and clinical observation on the curative effect of "Pengxingtongmai granule" in the treatment of essential hypertension(EH),in order to explore the effectiveness of Pengxingtongmai granule in the treatment of EH.Through the clinical observation and analysis of 60 cases of EH which meet the selected criteria,the effectiveness of "Pengxingtongmai granule" in the treatment of EH was preliminarily observed,and the theoretical basis for drug research and clinical application was provided.Methods:In this study,60 patients in community hospital were selected to observe and analyze the effect of Pengxingtongmai granule in treating hypertension caused by wind-yang disturbance and phlegm-stasis internal obstruction.The changes of the patient's condition were collected and analyzed,and the changes were recorded at each visit for a total of 3 months.To compare the changes of patients' condition before and after treatment,and to evaluate the safety and efficacy of Pengxingtongmai granule in the treatment of hypertension.The changes of blood pressure before and after treatment were compared,and the hypotensive effect of Pengxingtongmai granule was evaluated.Results: through clinical study,60 patients with hypertension were summarized.The results showed that "Pengxingtongmai granule" could improve the symptoms of TCM(traditional Chinese medical science),such as vertigo,headache and chest tightness,and so on,and it was found that Pengxingtongmai granule could improve the symptoms of TCM,such as vertigo,headache and chest tightness.And can reduce blood pressure to a certain extent.Conclusion:1 By comparing the changes of blood pressure before and after 3 months of medication,the statistical results showed that "Pengxingtongmai granule" had a certain hypotensive effect on EH.There were differences in the effect of hypotension between men and women.2 According to the clinical observation for 3 months,the statistics of syndrome data of TCM show that "Pengxingtongmai granule" has certain clinical curative effect in treating hypertension caused by wind-yang disturbance and phlegm-stasis internal obstruction.After treatment,the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine have been obviously improved.There is no difference between men and women in the improvement.3 The effective rate of "Pengxingtongmai granule" was 98.33% and 1.67%respectively in the treatment of TCM syndrome after 3 months of treatment.4 The effective rate of lowering blood pressure was 96.67% and the ineffective rate was 3.33% after 3 months of treatment with "Pengxingtongmai granule".
