Objective:To introduce and translate the Chiba Interprofessional Competency Scale(CICS29)and to test the reliability and validity of CICS29.To explore the level of nurses'interprofessional competence,to clarify the influencing factors,and foreshadow for interprofessional education.Methods:This study was divided into three parts:the sinicization of the scale,the evaluation of the scale and the application of the scale.(1)After translation and retranslation of the scale followed by Brislin method,the Chinese version of the scale I and the retranslation version of the scale I was formed.With the help of the original author,the Chinese version of Scale II was developed.With the help of 5 experts in related fields to conduct cultural debugging to form a Chinese version of scale III.(2)A questionnaire survey was conducted among the nurses who met the inclusion criteria in three tertiary A-level hospitals in Shenyang.Item distribution,coefficient of variation and factor analysis were used to analyze and screen the items of the scale;content validity,structure validity,convergent validity,discrimination validity and calibration relevance were used to test the validity of the scale;content consistency reliability and composite reliability were used to test the reliability of the scale.(3)On the basis of literature review,a general information questionnaire was formed.The nurses who met the inclusion criteria in three tertiary A-level hospitals in Shenyang were investigated by using the general information questionnaire,the Chiba Interprofessional Competency Scale and the Readiness of Interprofessional Learning Scale.The mean±standard deviation was used to describe the status quo of nurses'interprofessional competence.Independent sample t-test,variance analysis and multiple linear regressions were used to analyze the influencing factors of nurses'interprofessional competence.Results:?After sinicization,the Chinese version of the scale contains 6dimensions and 29 items.The I-CVI and S-CVI/Ave of scale were both 1.0,so the content validity of the scale was good.The confirmatory factor analysis showed that X~2/df=4.366,RMR=0.017,RMSEA=0.103,SRMR=0.0159,GFI=0.752,AGFI=0.702,NFI=0.902,RFI=0.917,IFI=0.942,TLI/NNFI=0.935,CFI=0.942,PGFI=0.626,PNFI=0.826,PCFI=0.840.The AVE value of each dimension is 0.887?0.952,and the convergent validity is good.Except for dimension 3 and dimension 6,the validity of other dimensions was poor.There was a positive correlation(r=0.674,P<0.001)between the scores of the Chiba Interprofessional Competence Scale and the scores of the Readiness of Interprofessional Learning Scal.The content consistency reliability of the scale was 0.996,and each dimension was 0.976?0.987;the split half reliability of the scale was 0.987,and each dimension was 0.926?0.985,the composite reliability of each dimension was 0.976-0.988,and the reliability of the scale is good.(2)The total score of nurses'interprofessional competence is 116.02±13.31,the score of dimension 1 was 24.52±3.45,the score of dimension 2 was 20.21±2.86,the score of dimension 3 was20.05±2.74,the score of dimension 4 was 20.59±2.72,the score of dimension 5 was 16.05±2.23 and the score of dimension 6 was 14.59±2.60.The median(interquartile distance)score of nurses'cooperative learning attitude was70(9),36(6),9(5),16(3)and 7(3)respectively.Independent sample t-test showed that gender,age,the only child,maariage,department,working years,title,exchange experience outside the hospital,specialist nurses and employment methods were the influencing factors of nurses'interprofessional competence;Multiple linear regression analysis showed that department,interprofessional attitude,the experience of communication outside the hospital,professional title and working years had statistical significance(R~2=0.446,adjusted R~2=0.408,F=11.769,P<0.001),and five factors could explain 40.8%of the variation of the level of nurses'interprofessional competence.Conclusion:?The Chinese version of CICS29 was applied to nurses in three tertiary A-level hospitals of Shenyang and was found to have good reliability and validity.The Chinese version of CICS29 can be used to evaluate the level of clinical nurses'interprofessional competence.?The level of nurses'interprofessional competence in the tertiary A-level hospitals of Shenyang is above average,and the interprofessional attitude is medium,so there is some room for improvement.The influencing factors of nurses'interprofessional competence are the interprofessional attitude,department,specialized nurses,gender,professional title and working years.
