Objective Hospital workplace violence has seriously affected the physical and mental health of nurses, and affecting the quality of care. This study conducted a questionnaire survey in Shanxi tumor hospital nurses, understand nursing workplace violence situation study on workplace violence, teacher burnout and job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and make recommendations on the feasibility and countermeasures based on the results, for the relevant departments to develop measures to reduce incidence of workplace violence of nurses in hospitals to provide reference.Methods This unified questionnaire for third Grade Class a cancer specialist Hospital Shanxi province investigated458in the cancer hospital nursing staff, survey are as follows:the basic situation, the hospital workplace violence of nurses frequency of job burnout and organizational commitment, job satisfaction, and strict quality control, information gathering, collating, checking for errors in statistical analysis.Results (1) Nurses’ incidence of workplace violence as high as65.7%; mostly to psychological violence; frequency rating of workplace violence of nurses and nurses only, work of the age, marital status, age, a statistically significant difference between job title/function, and with their gender, departments difference not statistically significant.(2) The professional status of nurses’ job satisfaction, organizational decision making, job task the three dimensions with different frequency of workplace violence in a statistically significant difference.(3) Nurse professional Burnout:emotional exhaustion and personification of workplace violence often statistically significant.
