Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect and its mechanism of Feixin decoction combined with ear acupoint on acute aggravating period of pulmonary heart disease.Methods:50cases of cor pulmonale with acute exacerbation stage were randomly randomized into the treatment group and control group with28and22in each group. Both the treatment group and control group were given to conventional western medicine treatment. the treatment group take Feixin Decoction and ear acupoint. Two groups were both treated for8days. To observe the effective rate ECG, routine blood and test the indexes of cardiopulmonary function, blood gas analysis; To observe two groups of Patient’s quality of life and sleep after treatment. Later, to detection the blood rheology and the serum of SOD, GSH-Px, MDA, NO, NOS, IL-8.Results:The total effective rate of the test group and the control group was92.85%and77.27%respectively with significant difference between groups (P<0.05). The level of improvement of test group in ECG and routine blood test was better than control group (P<0.05). The level of improvement of test group in PaO2and PaCO2also were better than control group (P<0.05)、(P<0.01); The treatment group improved cardiopulmonary function also is better than that of control group (P<0.05); Patient’s quality of life and sleep after treatment is better than the control group (P<0.05). Treatment group after treatment the blood rheological index significantly better than that of control group (P<0.05); Treatment group of serum Gsh-px、SOD activity, NOS, NO content increased in treatment group (P<0.05), serum MDA content and IL-8decreased (P<0.05).Conclusion:Feixin Decoction combined with ear acupoint is effective in the treatment of Acute aggravating period of chronic cor pulmonale. And can obviously improve the patients of total effective rate, ECG, routine blood test, cardiopulmonary function and the level of PaO2, PaCO2; Also improve Patient’s quality of life and sleep after treatment. The mechanism may be reduce blood viscosity, anti-oxidation and reduce airway inflammation and so on. |
