Objectives: To adapt the needs of the food safety management, lead to a riskwarning theory to the study of food safety, establish a complete and efficient foodsafety risk monitoring in Jilin province early warning system, real-time grasp theoverall state of food safety in Jilin, food safety Status timely early warning, riskfactors for taking timely scientific interventions to prevent major accidents occur,provide basis for decision making and technical support, to provide protection forhuman health and the implementation of control measures for governmentdepartments to promote the healthy development of the food industry.Methods: First, through literature research study to analyze a large number ofexperts and scholars at home and abroad for food safety risk monitoring early warningresearch results, inadequate and reference to the existence of the project. Second,research methods of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis combining researchresults draw domestic and international food safety risk monitoring and early warning,the use of the regulatory process in the food Jilin accumulated data to build a foodsafety risk monitoring in Jilin province early warning system, and use new data on theeffectiveness of the model of the system for verification. Finally, and most importantis the use of Jilin food monitoring (detection) institutions in the generation andaccumulation of daily food monitoring (detection) work in a lot of food safetymonitoring (detection) data, data analysis, data analysis methods are divided intobasic statistical analysis (including monitoring the number, the number of detection,the detection rate, average, maximum, minimum, etc.) and geographic analysis(including data sources and regional data rate).Results: Successfully constructed three subsystems, namely early warninginformation management subsystem, early warning subsystem and early warningresponse analysis subsystem. Warning information management subsystem includes adata import module, the data module and indicators of standard modules; earlywarning analysis subsystem, including the detection and analysis by category analysismodule by module monitoring indicators; early warning response subsystemdemonstrate a certain time, a certain area, certain food monitoring (detection) totalsample, the number of qualified and pass rate, according to the annual pass rate can becompared, regional risk trends, early warning prompt.Conclusion: The successful development of food safety monitoring and warning system established in Jilin Province based on monitoring data, and makerecommendations on the existing problems. The software has been adopted andapplied in Jilin local authorities. Currently Jilin food safety risk monitoring and earlywarning systems we build a fully functional, and it is importance, feasibility,practicality and innovation as one.
