ObjectiveThrough the analysis of the monitoring data of the partially sold food in Jilin City from 2012 to 2015.To understand and master the pollution baseline and the changing trend of the partially sold food in Jilin city. Find the food safety issue, which will have possibilityand to happen.And make timely and effective disposal of forecast; For the establishment of food safety information evaluation and early warning mechanism, timely grasp the food safety information and solve the potential food safety problems, enhance the efficiency of food safety supervision, and provide the data support and protection.MethodsThe analysis of the monitoring data of the partially sold food in Jilin City from 2012 to 2015 are from National Food Contamination Reporting System and National Food Microbiological Risk Monitoring Data Collection System Platform. Monitoring points are municipal areas in Jilin(Changyi District, Longtan District, Chuanying District, Fengman District) and 5 county-level cities(Yongji County, Jiaohe City, Huadian City, Rock city, Shulan City). Sampling point types include restaurant link(restaurants) and circulation link(agricultural markets, shops, supermarkets, franchise stores, convenience stores, online store), planting field, farm, retail shop, etc. Food chemical contamination monito 7 kinds of food and 602 samples, monitoring items have element pollutants, pesticide residue, mycotoxins, pollutants formed in the process of food processing, organic pollutant, food additives and Illegal additives; Food borne pathogens monitor 16 kinds of food and 1064 samples.Monitoring project is food borne pathogens, a total of 11. Data analysis usingSPSS20.0 is used to do the data analysis. Use composition ratio describe the general information such as food categoryConstitute the general information such as the composition of the food category, describing the detection, positive, excessive situation of food, contaminants, food borne pathogens,and calculate the index of all kinds of detection rate, exceeding the standard rate, positive rate, etc. Count data using 2 test, P < 0.05 was statistically significant.Results1. Collect 18 piecesof tea, monitor pesticide residues,the pesticide detection rate was 37.9%. Detection rate of various kinds of pesticides in tea have difference.( 2=9.021,P=0.029)2. Collect 14 pieces of soy products, there are all not detected of non edible substances industrial dye auramine, basic orange 2, acid orangeⅡ.3. Collect 10 pieces of beer, the detection rate of fusarium and snow rotis 60%;There are 30 pieces of wine,and their detection rate of ethyl urethane is 20%.4. Collect 19 pieces of meat, Polychlorinated biphenyls(fat content) were all detect; Collect 107 pieces of cooked meat products, Non edible substances were not detected, Sodium nitrite was all detected,and 24 pieces were more than the national limit(≤30.0mg/kg), exceed the rate is 22.4%.5. Collect 165 pieces of fresh vegetables, only detect Beta beta in pesticide residues project, the detection rate is 1.8%. Element pollutants are detected in different degrees.6. Collect 209 pieces of fresh frozen aquatic products, illegal additives were not detected, element pollutants are detected in different degrees.7. The positive rate of pathogen monitoring of food borne pathogenic Enterobacter sakazakii is 4.2%; The positive rate of List S bacteria was 5.4%; The positive rate of Staphylococcus aureus was 0.8%; The positive rate of Bacillus cereus was 21.2%; the positive rate of Salmonella was 0.4% lower; Vibrio parahaemolyticus, Vibrio cholerae, Shigella, Escherichia coli.,were all no positive.Conclusions1. Food chemical contamination monitoring:Based on data analysis in part of the sale of food in Jilin,the problem of pesticide residues in vegetables is not serious; The detection rate of element pollutants in vegetables and fresh frozen aquatic products is higher,but still in a safe level; The detection rate of mycotoxins in beer is low; Adding illegal additives in soy productsand fish were not found; In cooked meat products, the color protection agent of sodium nitrite and the excessive use of the situation is still serious.2. Surveillance of food borne pathogensThe positive rate of food borne pathogenic bacteria is generally low, the single nucleus cell proliferation was relatively high,which has health risks.
