ObjectiveTo observe the pure acupuncture and electro-acupuncture,find differences between the curative effect of treating migraine without aura, for clinical treatment of migraine without aura to promote a more convenient and effective method.MethodsWill be included in the standard of100patients with migraine without aura, according to the medical order successively are randomly divided into electro-acupuncture group and acupuncture group with random number table method,50cases in each group, reference Shi Xuemin editor in chief of the head wind of acupuncture and moxibustion therapy, the main points are TouWei,ShuaiGu,BaiHui,FengChi,TaiYang,HeGu and San Yin Jiao. Acupuncture group into the needle retain needle after30minutes. The electro-acupuncture group after the needle select TouWei-ShuaiGu and FengChi-TaiYang, which are connected to Hans electrical stimulator, using the density wave, the frequency for2to100Hz, the intensity of1-2ma and patient tolerance for degrees. The electricity needles can be put out after30minutes. Each group is treated for5times a week,2weeks for a period of treatment, we assess the curative effect after2courses of treatment. The two methods of treatment can effectively improve migraine influence on work and life, improve the psychological adaptability, in which the effect of electric acupuncture group is more obvious.3. This study shows that it has better effect to electric acupuncture in the clinical treatment of migraine, this study as a guidance of migraine in clinical treatment.
