Clinical Observation Of Tiaoshen Tongluo Acupuncture On The Patients Suffering From Migraine Without Aura

Objective:To observe and evaluate the clinical therapeutic effect of Tiaoshen Tongluo acupuncture method on the patients suffering from migraine without aura,the study is aiming to verify Tiaoshen Tongluo acupuncture method for treatment of clinical therapeutic effect of migraine without aura.Method:By the strict way of random and trial,60 cases were randomly assigned into two groups. In the treatment group,30 patients were treated by Tiaoshen Tongluo acupuncture therapy and 30 patients were treated by regular acupuncture therapy. Two acupuncture groups were serially treated for 10 days as a course of treatment, following 1 day’rest of each course,2 courses in all. The efficacy was evaluated by visual analogue scale (VAS) and Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI) score, commonly used by the current international clinical.,then observe patients with pain degree and degree of improvement to improve the quality of sleep before and after treatment.Results:1.To compare VAS points before and after treatment in two groups:The treatment group and the control group showed no significant difference before treatment,comparable. Compared with before treatment,the degree of pain of treatment group and control group were obviously alleviated than before, the VAS scores were reduced, and there were significant differences.The pain relief degree was superior in the treatment group as to that of the control group (P< 0.05). Study shows that Tiaoshen Tongluo acupuncture method had superior effect on pain relief as to that of the routine acupuncture group.2. To compare the duration of pain before and after treatment in two groups:Tiaoshen Tongluo acupuncture group and the control group showed no significant difference before treatment,comparable.Compared with before treatment, Tiaoshen Tongluo acupuncture group and control group were significantly different. But comparing the two groups(P< 0.05),shows that Tiaoshen Tongluo acupuncture group in reducing the time patients with persistent headache is better than that of control group.3. To compare PSQI scores:Before the treatment,the score was no significant difference between the groups(P> 0.05). Compared the two groups after treatment of the sleep quality distribution number, (P< 0.05), shows that Tiaoshen Tongluo acupuncture group in improving the sleep disorder is better than routine acupuncture group.4.To compare total effective rate:The effective rate of Tiaoshen Tongluo acupuncture group and control group were 93.3% and 80%. After Ridit test, P < 0.05,,the difference was statistically significant, indicating that the clinical efficacy of Tiaoshen Tongluo acupuncture group than the of control group.Conclusions:1.Tiaoshen Tongluo acupuncture method can significantly alleviate the pain level of migraine without aura patients2.Tiaoshen Tongluo acupuncture method can obviously improve sleep migraine without aurawith insomnia, can pass on sleep quality improve headache relief.3.The effective rate of Tiaoshen Tongluo acupuncture method in pain relief is demonstrably superior to routine acupuncture group.In a word,according to the research study that the method of Tiaoshen Tongluo acupuncture should be a good choice for the migraine without aura.
