Efficacy Of No. Ii Qing Fei Hua Tan Decoction Inhalation Treatment Of Ventilator Associated Pneumonia

Objective:The aim of the study was to observe the clinical effects of the atomization treatment of the patients on ventilator-associated pneumonia (VAP) of the type of phlegm heat obstructing lung with No. II Qing Fei Hua Tan decoction,survey the level changes of TNF-a, and discuss the clinical safety and efficacy of its.Method:60VAP patients were randomly divided into two groups,one is test group and the number is30,the other is control group and the number is30.The control group were treat with antibiotics imipenem cilastatin sodium and ambroxol.The test group were added treat with nebulization therapy of No. Ⅱ Qing Fei Hua Tan decoction.Then compare and analyze the clinical efficacy and the level changes of TNF-aResults:1.The test group is superior to the control group in body temperature, traditional Chinese medicine symptom score、leucocyte count、 APACHE scores(p<0.05).2. The test group is better than the control group in lowering the level of TNF-a (p<0.05).Conclusion:1. The clinical efficacy of conventional Western medicine treatment based on the use of No. Ⅱ Qing Fei Hua Tan decoction atomization treatment for VAP was better than Western medicine treatment control group.2. No. Ⅱ Qing Fei Hua Tan decoction combined with western medicine can reduce serum TNF-a levels in patients with VAP, and can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with VAP.3. No observed significant adverse reactions were found during the period of the treatment of VAP with nebulization therapy of No. II Qing Fei Hua Tan decoction combined with Western Medicine.
