Clinical Study Of Therapeutic Effect Of Bu Qi Qing Hua Decoction On Patients Suffering From HPV

Objective:To observation the therapeutic effect of Bu Qi Qing Hua Decoction on patients suffering from HPV through the clinic research.To rudimently investigating the mechanism of action of traditional Chinese medicine Bu Qi Qing Hua Decoction.In order to provid thread and method for clinic treatment.Method:Selecting 100 patients suffering from HPV randomizate two groups. Fifty patients are observational group.Treating them with Bu Qi Qing Hua Decoction and Ku Shen Jian suppositories for three months.Others are control group just treat with Ku Shen Jian suppositories.To observation improving of anterior-posterior treatment and HC2 HPV DNA.At the same time, patients are observed before and after treatment with self-comparison and contrast between the two groups.Results:1,Anterior-posterior treatment, there is statistical significance between trial group and control group in integral of TCM syndrome which be decreased less than 30% or between 30% and 70%. 2,Anterior-posterior treatment, there is statistical significance between trial group and control group in darkening rate of HPV.In trial group, there is 19 becoming darkening.In control group, there is 7. 3,Anterior-posterior treatment, there is statistical significance between trial group and control group in total effective rate.Recovery rate and effective rate of trial group is 38% and 60%. Recovery rate and effective rate of control group is 14% and 28%.Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of Bu Qi Qing Hua Decoction is proved efficient in the clinical research. Bu Qi Qing Hua Decoction not only improves patients symptom, but also obviously cuts down HC2 RLU/CO.Furthermore, it is safe. And it accomplishs therapeutic effect through bu qi jian pi,qing hua li shi.
