Study On The Cognition,Utilization And Evaluation Of Private Hospitals In Private Hospitals In Chongqing

Objective:Through empirical investigation and study,understand the patients in Chongqing City,private hospitals to private hospitals utilization and evaluation,analysis of main factors influencing the patients' willingness to recommend for private hospitals,and puts forward some suggestions and measures to promote the healthy development of private hospitals,health administrative departments to provide the basis for the formulation of development policies of private hospitals.Object:The survey from eight private hospitals in Chongqing,400 patients,the effective number of 361 people.Respectively,four private hospitals and four private hospitals,private hospitals,private hospitals: California Chongqing hospital,Longhu Chongqing hospital,Chongqing Union Hospital,Chongqing Knight hospital.Specialist private hospital: friendship Orthopaedics Hospital of Chongqing,Chongqing Ambassador maternity hospital,red house hospital of Chongqing,Chongqing Guo Yi Tang hospital.Methods:A self-designed questionnaire was used to interview the subjects who were interviewed by face-to-face interviews.Questionnaire contents include: demographic characteristics,the understanding,utilization and evaluation of private hospitals.Using Epidata software system to establish the database,and double entry quality control,to ensure the integrity and accuracy of the book input,using SPSS17.0 software for data statistics and analysis.The statistical methods include: descriptive statistical analysis,regression analysis,multivariate Logistic x 2 test.Results:1.residents of the main city of private hospital utilization The use of private hospitals in the main urban areas of ChongqingDidn't feel comfortable to determine the need for treatment,and 25.8% choose independent purchase,7.1% choose private clinics,12.4% choose community health service center,21.4% public hospital,27.2% choose private hospitals;nearly a year within you to private hospital treatment times,73.1% choose 1-3 times,12.4% of people choose to 4-6 times,3.8% of people choose to 7-9 times,2.2% of people choose to 10 times more than;after private hospital after treatment,the condition changes,18.4% is recovered,74.5% of people is improved and 6.0% is no change.2 residents of the main city of private hospital awareness of the situation57.4% of the people think that the private hospital is a medical insurance designated units,19.8% of people choose not,22.8% of the people do not know.91.8% of people trust the private hospital doctors,8.2% of people choose not to trust.3 residents of the main city of the evaluation of private hospitalsIn the evaluation of the hospital,that is very good in turn is the service attitude,medical convenience,Environmental conditions,technical level,respectively,35.7%,31.6%,22.5%,21.2%.Most of the private hospitals are satisfied that 62.4% of people choose a service attitude,10.4% of people choose a convenient traffic.The most dissatisfied with the private hospitals is that 23.9% of people choose advertising flooding,19.8% of people choose infrastructure,14% of people choose technical level.88.2% of people will recommend to the people around the private hospitals,11.8% of people will not recommend.33% of people on the future development of private hospitals are confident that 62.4% of the future development of private hospitals are more confident,4.6% have no confidence in this.4 patients of the main city of the private hospital recommended factorsCard test results show that age(P = 0.000),marital status(P = 0.000),educational level(P = 0.000),occupation(P = 0.000),medical insurance type(P = 0.028),physical discomfort(P = 0.001),the diagnosis of disease(P = 0.025),chronic disease(P = 0.001)different patients to recommend the private hospitals have significant difference.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that: marital status,educational level,occupation,medical insurance type,annual per capita income and other factors have a significant impact on whether or not to recommend private hospitals.Discussion:Patients in private hospitals in Chongqing use of private hospital is good,feeling uncomfortable determine the need for medical treatment,27.4% of people choose private hospitals first,73.7% people nearly a year to the private hospital treatment 1-3 times;evaluation of the private hospital is better,especially in terms of quality of service,but the private hospitals in advertising publicity,technology,charge level is relatively poor,marriage,education,occupation,diagnosis of certain diseases and chronic diseases and other factors have a significant impact on whether to recommend the private hospital.Suggestions:Private hospitals should reduce the level of fees,let patients seek care;improve the medical technology,improve the cure ability;pay attention to credit construction,establish a healthy social image,at the same time should be based on the patient's willingness to recommend to the private hospital,seize the development of specific groups of people,take corresponding measures to improve their own,provide better environment and services for patients.
