In the current context of vigorously advocating building a harmonious society,the treatment of doctor-patient relationship is also related to social harmony and stability.Doctor-patient relationship is not confined to the field of health care,but has a very important influence on the level of social harmony and stability and medical civilization construction.Therefore,we must deal with the conflict of doctor-patient relationship correctly,which is an important goal for us to vigorously carry out the construction of a harmonious society.In this paper,the current situation of doctor-patient relationship in private hospitals in China is analyzed,and the countermeasures and suggestions for reconstructing the new doctor-patient relationship are put forward.Effectively improve the doctor-patient relationship and continuously enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of private hospitals.While improving the doctor-patient relationship,we should promote the harmonious development of society,enhance the benefits of private hospitals,promote the social benefits,and achieve the goal of mutually beneficial and win-win development.Taking a private hospital as an example,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the management countermeasures of doctor-patient relationship.The main conclusions are as follows: Firstly,there are many factors leading to the tension between doctors and patients,such as politics,law,economy,culture,religion,etc.In addition,hospital management system,ideological quality of medical staff,hospital professional level,public crisis management and so on will also have an impact on the doctor-patient relationship.At present,the doctor-patient relationship is not a simple social problem,it has become a global and extensive social problem.Second,from the perspective of the whole society to examine the doctorpatient relationship and its problems.Harmonious doctor-patient relationship is conducive to social harmony and stability,and to create a good medical environment and atmosphere.Therefore,the solution of doctor-patient relationship should not be confined to the hospital itself,but should be coordinated from the hospital to the social level.For example,we should implement the hospital medical reform system,administer the hospital according to law,and strengthen the management of doctor-patient relationship from the source.Thirdly,we should improve the level of medical services and strengthen the ideological and moral construction of medical personnel.We should make information public,strengthen doctorpatient exchanges,deepen mutual understanding,and promote mutual benefit and win-win between doctors and patients.Finally,after the occurrence of doctor-patient disputes,hospitals should strengthen safety precautions,avoid violent incidents,do a good job in public crisis prevention and management,establish an independent mediation mechanism,and strengthen media communication management to effectively resolve doctor-patient contradictions and conflicts.
