The Study On Nursing Caring Characters Of Clinical Nurses And The Related Factors

Objectives:By investigating the status quo of nursing caring characters, analysis thedifferences of humane care quality of nurses with different degree, different titles,different department, explore the related factors influencing the nursing caringcharacters, and put forward the corresponding suggestion and as a reference in orderto improve the nurse’s humane care quality, ensure the high quality nursing services.Method:This research adopts the convenience sampling method, and selected550clinicalnurses from5Grade Ⅲ-A hospitals in Changchun as the research object, thequestionnaire was designed by the school of nursing from the second militarymedical university, including two parts: the general data and clinical nursehumanities quality scale. used the EpiData3.02software for data entry, establisheddatabase, the SPSS17.0software was used to analyze data. General information andthe status quo survey results wasdescribed by descriptives such as frequency, rate,percentage, mean, standard deviation, median and so on; Measurement data areprocessed by t-test, variance analysis and nonparametric test; With multiple stepwiseregression analysis the influence factors.Results：1. The gross score on the nurse’s caring characters was116.6717.03; thepercentage of conversion of a score was80.46（>80%）, at the middle level.the scorein attitude of caring was27.034.81,the knowledge of caring was29.254.39、30(26,33)，the ability of caring was28.814.92, attitude of caring was31.575.45、32(28,36)。2. The scores of the nurse’s caring characters in different ages, titles, departments, genders,the last degrees, the family locations, the degrees of colleagues’care, thedegree of family’care with statistical difference (p <0.05).3. The multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that the main factorsinfluencing the degrees of colleagues’care, gender, department, the last degree, title.Conclusion：1. The overall status of nurses’ caring characters is good,but it is lower than inthe shanghai,it shows the results have regional differences, Changchun nurses’caring characters needs to be improved.2. the main factors influencing the degrees of colleagues’care, the last degree,title, department, gender. Nurses-incharge, nurses’ scores with degree of master werethe strongest.the colleague’s care is one of the important factors affecting nurses’caring characters.3. According to the survey, Take corresponding cultivation strat egies to improvenurses’ caring characters,including propaganda humanistic concern concept,strengthening the care knowledge training, building strong department humanitiesatmosphere, encouraging continuing education.
