| Objective::To observe the effect of pseudobulbar palsy by electro acupuncture treatment of electroacupuncture Juquan and Lian Quan..Method:Choice sixty patients of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Chinese Medicine University of Heilongjiang. Department of acupuncture and moxibustion in room five.. Patients were diagnosed by CT or MRI and confirmed that the infarction or hemorrhage is in the parts over presence of medulla oblongata motor nucleus.. The main clinical manifestations are dysarthria, dysphagia, bucking, and swallow reflex. Course of disease are between seven and sisty days. Dysphagia at level1or above, dysarthria at level1or above.and without nasal feeding..The general condition is stable, and the state of consciousness is sober. The60patients with pseudobulbar paralysis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group and30patients in each group. In the treatment group there are27cases of cerebral infarction and3cases of cerebral hemorrhage. Male19and female11.Age are between35and63. The average age is58.6±7.2. In the control group,26cases of cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage in4cases..Male17and female13. Age are between39and69. The average age is57.3±7.5. The two groups were compared by the Wilcoxon rank sum test. Z=-1.325P=0.185, P>0.05. There was no significant difference between the two groups.The two groups are comparable. All patients of two groups are on the basis of conventional acupuncture in treating neurological department of internal medicine routine treatment and rehabilitation of stroke. The treatment group was given electro acupuncture Juquan, Lian Quan, double Yifeng, Shuang Fengchi. Control group was given acupuncture on Lian Quan, Jin Jin, Yu Ye, Shuang Fengchi, double Yifeng. To observe the therapeutic effect of the treatment in the two groups after4weeks.Result:The swallowing function in the treatment group,20cases were cured,2cases markedly effective, effective6cases, invalid in2cases, rank34.63on average; Articulation function of20cases were cured,4cases markedly effective, effective5cases, invalid in1cases, rank35.5on average. In the control group, the swallowing function recovered in12cases.3cases were cured, effective in11cases and4cases were ineffective, rank26.37on average. The curative effect of treatment group was better than that of the control group, the difference was significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:1..Acupuncture therapy has curative effect on pseudobulbar paralysis.2. The effects of electroacupuncture group better than the control group.3. Electroacupuncture of Juquan and Lian Quan has a good therapeutic effect acupoints for treatment of pseudobulbar paralysis.and worthy of promotion. |
