Objective:Observe the clinical curative effect of acupuncture combined with rehabilitative training to the dysphagia caused by pseudobulbar palsy after stroke, to provide an objective basis for clinical application.Methord:This study adopts randomized clinical observation method, to randomly divide 60 patients who have dysphagia caused by pseudobulbar palsy after stroke into the treatment group, acupuncture group and rehabilitaion group,20 cases in each group. The therapy of treatment group was acupuncture at Xin point and Lianquan point combined with rehabilitative training, the rehabilitation group was the rehabilitative training, and the acupuncture group was acupunture at Xin point and Lianquan point.Meanwhile the three groups all accept the conventional medical treatment and the basis acupuncture treatment.Using WaTian water test evaluation and dysphagia rating scales as observing indexes to observe the efficacy of before and after the treatment and between-group.Three groups all have treated once every day,and treated 6 times every week. The total course were 4 weeks. After the treatment course,we would collect data for statistical processing.Result:Basic information comparison of three groups before treatment had no significant difference (P>0.05), so they could compare.Used WaTian water test evaluation and Dysphagia rating scales to test the swallowing function after the treatment, and found the evaluations and goals were better than those before treatment (P<0.05).The treatment result in the treatment group is different with other groups(P<0.05). The comparison of treatment outcomes between the rehabilitation group and acupuncture group have no significant difference (P>0.05).The comparison of clinical efficacyr:the treatment group:5 patients recovered,7 patients had significant effect,6 patient had effect,2 patients had no effect. The rehabilitation group:2 patients recovered,4 patients had significant effect,7 patient had effect,7 patients had no effect. The acupuncture group:3 patients recovered,2 patients had significant effect,9 patient had ef fect,6 patients had no effect. The therapeutic effect of treatment group is the best one among three groups (P<0.05).The comparison of treatment effect between rehabilitation group and acupuncture group have no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Three kinds of treatment in dysphagia caused by pseudobulbar palsy after stroke all had effect.2.The therapy of acupuncture combined with rehabilitative training is the best one among three groups.3. The therapy of acupuncture at Xin point and Lianquan point combined with rehabilitative training can more effectively improve swallowing function, safe, without the side effect. It is worthy of further clinical research and promotion.
