Acupuncture Treatment For Stroke Pseudobulbar Palsy In 60 Patients

Purpose: Through randomized controlled observation on acupuncture for treatment ofpseudobulbar palsy after stroke clinical efficacy and safety of operation, using standardtechniques, enables the more standard treatment, and popularize in the clinical application.Method: Based on Western medicine to treat were randomly divided into the treatmentgroup of30cases,A control group of30cases. Acupuncture therapy and Chinese traditionalmedicine are static point, And the use of international common through the standardizedswallowing assessment (Standardized Swall owing Assessment,SSA) method, DepressionTian water drinking test evaluation and Francesco Cai Gouyin disorder evaluation scoresbefore and after treatment in the therapeutic evaluation。In order to evaluate the therapeuticeffect of using SPSS17.0statistical software for data analysis.Result:1in the treatment group and the control group at the time of admission, SSAscore results no statistical difference (P>0.05). After treatment the curative effect intreatment group than control group (P <0.05) of SSA.2in the treatment group and the control group at the time of admission depression Tianwater drinking test results no statistical difference (P>0.05), after treatment the curativeeffect in treatment group than in control group (P <0.05).3in the treatment group and the control group at the time of admission of Francesco CaiGouyin disorder evaluation method integral comparison showed no significant difference (P>0.05), the two groups after treatment in treatment group than in control group (P <0.05).Conclusion: Through this study reached the following conclusions.1substantially normative acupuncture in Treating Postapoplectic pseudobulbar palsytechnical operation.2acupuncture may be effective for treating postapoplectic pseudobulbar palsy,pseudobulbar palsy after stroke and on swallowing function has better curative effect.3acupuncture and acupoint injection in Treating Postapoplectic pseudobulbar palsy andhas the advantages of simple operation,low cost, effective, therapy green advantage,it isworthy of clinical application.
