| Purpose:To observe the clinical curative effect of acupuncture in treating Post—stroke Pseudobulbar palsy of clinical research.Material and method:60 patients were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group and control group of were 30 cases.Routine treatments for cerebrovascular diseases including western medicine and rehealthy training were applied as primary treatment in both groups.The experimental group were acupuncture treatment,select the fengchi points、lianquan points、yifeng points、jinjin points 、yuye points、fengfu points、jialianquan points、neiguan points、renying points、wangu points;Two groups of treatment 7d for 1 courses of treatment,a total of 2 courses of treatment,before and after treatment the Wa Tian Shi drinking a pilot scale、difficulty swallowing evaluation and curative effect were assessed.Results: 1.After treatment,the scores of Wa Tian Shi drinking a pilot scale in the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05).with statistical significance The curative effect of in the experimental group were better than in the control group(P<0.05).2.After treatment,the scores of difficulty swallowing evaluation in the two groups were significantly higher than before treatment(P<0.05).with statistical significance The curative effect of in the experimental group were better than in the control group(P<0.05).3.The total effective rate of the control group and the treatment group were 73.33% and 96.67% respectively,and the experimental group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: 1.Acupuncture and rehealthy training can treat Post—stroke Pseudobulbar palsy.2.Acupuncture treatment of Post—stroke Pseudobulbar palsy is better than rehealthy training... |
