The Clinical Research On Pseudobulbar Palsy After Stroke With "jieyuliqiao" Acupuncture Therapy

Objective : To observe the clinical curative effect by acupuncture treatment can Jieyuliqiao cerebral pseudobulbar paralysis after stroke,to prove a specific effect of treatment can Jieyuliqiao.Acupuncture on pseudobulbar palsy,for clinical treatment of this disease to explore a more effective way.Methods:60 cases of pseudobulbar palsy were selected after stroke were randomly divided into this Jieyuliqiao group and traditional acupuncture group with 30 cases in each group,this group of Jieyuliqiao in neurology therapy combined with rehabilitation training at the same time using this Jieyuliqiao acupuncture,traditional acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training in neurology foundation treatment at the same time using textbooks conventional acupuncture.1 times a day,6 times a week,for 1 weeks,two groups were treated for 3 courses.In the end before and after the treatment,the two groups of patients with dysarthria,dysphagia,affective disorder score and blood rheology blood collected data and swallowing X-ray fluoroscopy(VFSS).Results:1.Clinical curative effect: understanding Jieyuliqiao group total effective rate was96.7%,the traditional acupuncture group,the total efficiency of 83.3%,this group of Jieyuliqiao on pseudobulbar palsy of the total efficiency was significantly higher than that of traditional acupuncture group(P<0.05).2.Swallowing function,dysarthria and emotional status: this Jieyuliqiao group before treatment,swallowing function,dysarthria,more emotional status score and traditional acupuncture group before treatment,there were no significant difference(P>0.05);and after treatment of swallowing function in two groups before treatment,articulation function,emotional status comparison the score,the differences were significant difference(P<0.05);swallowing function can Jieyuliqiao group after treatment,dysarthria,emotional status and traditional acupuncture group after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Blood rheology: the Jieyuliqiao group before treatment,low shear blood viscosity,high shear whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity data were compared with the traditional acupuncture group before treatment,no significant difference(P>0.05);traditionalacupuncture group after treatment,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant;after this Jieyuliqiao treatment group comparison P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant;this Jieyuliqiao group after treatment,low shear blood viscosity,high shear whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity data were compared with the traditional acupuncture group after treatment,there were no significant difference(P>0.05).4.VFSS score: this Jieyuliqiao group VFSS score before treatment with the traditional acupuncture group before treatment,no significant difference(P >0.05);the two groups before and after treatment were compared,the differences were significant difference(P<0.05);this Jieyuliqiao after treatment group and traditional acupuncture group after treatment were compared,the difference was significant(P<0.01).Conclusion: this Jieyuliqiao curative effect is better than the traditional acupuncture group,therapeutic effect on pseudobulbar palsy can Jieyuliqiao acupuncture therapy after stroke is exact,acupuncture treatment is better than the conventional.
