Clinical Observation Of Chinese Medicinnal Decoction Combined With Fire Needle For Treating Palmoplantar Pustulosis

Objective:Observating the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicinal decoction combined with fire needle" for treating Palmoplantar Pustulosis.Methods:80cases of meeting standards of Palmoplantar Pustulosis are randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,in the course of practical research,the treatment group is39cases,and37cases in the control group completed, Among them5cases in observation off.The treatment group gives "method of traditional Chinese medicinal decoction combined with fire needle", and the control group takes "Acitretin". Marking the scores of two groups of patients with pasorasis area integral and improved severity index （PPPASI） score before treatment or the2nd,3rd and4th weekends after treatment,using pruritus visual analogue scale（VAS） and recording pruritus symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine before and after treatment in the number of cases of changing, to evaluate the improvement of the pruritus symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine in each group at the different time points. And through during treatment, counting the occurrence of adverse reactions of the two groups for safety evaluation of drugs.Results:1.Comparing the score of the each group before with in the2^nd、3^rd and4^th、weekend of treatment, there are significant differences between the improved severity index （PPPASI） and pruritus visual VAS score （P﹤0.05）; Above the indicators score also has a significant difference for comparison between groups before and with in the4^thweekend of treatment （P﹤0.05）.2. After the end of treatment, selecting the improvement of he improved severity index （PPPASI） scores as the curative effect index, The total effective rate of treatment group79.49%, The comparison group total effectiveness62.16%, According the statistical of the efficacy of the two groups has significant difference.（P﹤0.05）.Conclusions: Comparison of the "Chinese medicinal decoction combined with fire needle" and "Acitretin", From the objective PPPASI score and the subjective VAS score to compare the efficacy of the two groups, there is the treatment group better than the control group,with significant curative effect, fewer adverse reactions, higher security, and no toxic side effects.
