Objective:To observe the effect of Kechuanning (KCN) by atomization inhalation on airway inflammation antagonist on the expressions of interferon-yand interleukin5in the lungs in asthmatic SD rats, and explore the mechanism of prevention and treatment.Methods:50SD rats labeled with weight in random categorization were divided into a normal group(group A) and a modeling group;the modeling group were sensitized by ovalbumin (OVA) and Al(OH)3,and the rats were made by breathing in5%OVA continuously for2weeks.As rats models were established.The rats were subdivided into three group.B was asthma model group.C was Budesonide group.D was Kechuanning group. After ovalbumin irritated, ovalbumin was inhaled to induce asthma breakout, meanwhile KCN1.7g/kg in KCN group, budesonide0.175mg/kg in budesonide group, amount of saline in normal control group, asthmatic group. After inhaling ovalbumin a week, the rats were killed.The level of IL-5in BALF were detected by enzyme-linked immune double antibodies sandwich ELISA method. The level of INF-y in the lung tissue were detected by immunohistochemical staining. The counts of total leuocytse neutrophils, eosinphils,and lymphocytes inbronchoalveolar were measured by automatic whole blood count,and pathonology changes of lung tissue were observed.Results:1.The rats lungs of KCH group were rarely observed mucous membrance fallen off,and there was slight incrassasion in the base membrance of bronchia.There was no edsma in the submucous membrance,and a few inflammatory cells were observed in it. The pathological changes of asthmatic group were all significant compared with KCN group.2.The contents of leucocytes,neutrophils,eosinophils,and lymphocytes in BALF were marked decreased in the rats of KCN group compared with asthmatic group (p<0.01),and the effect of budesonide on decreasing leucocytes neutrophils,EOS,and lymphocytes were not better than KCN,and the difference was not significant (p>0.05).3.The IL-5of BALF in the KCN group rats were markedly lower than the asthmatic group (P<0.05). The differences between the KCN group and the budesonide group was not remarkable(P>0.05).4.The INF-yof lung tissue in the KCN group rats were markedly taller than the asthmatic group(P<0.05). The differences between the KCN group and the budesonide group was not remarkable(P>0.05). Conclusion:KCN could reduce the total amount of cells and eosinophils in asthma rats alveolar lavage by raising INF-γ levels and reducing the level of expression of interleukin-5to reduce airway inflammation.
