The Effect Of Kechuanning On The Expressions Of INF-? And IL-4 In The Serum In Asthmatic Rat Induced By Respiratory Syncytial Virus

Objective: To observe the effect of Kechuanning on the expressions of interferony,interleukin-4 and Ig E in the serum in asthmatic SD rats Induced by respiratory Syncytial Virus, and explore the mechanism of prevention and treatment.Methods: 60 SD rats labeled with weight in random categorization were divided Into 6 group, Each group of 10, respectively: phosphate buffer solution(PBS) in the control group(group A), model group(group B), salbutamol and prednisone treatment group(group C), Kechuanning treatment group respectively to the rather large(group D), middle(group E), small dose group(group F). Outside the PBS control group five groups of rats injected with 1 mg OVA and 100 mg of aluminum hydroxide gel sterile ones, sensitization resistance; For 2 weeks with 1% OVA saline solution induced asthma; Three times the nasal drip into the RSV trigger asthma. PBS control group with PBS sensitization. Building completed the treatment, each drug dosage is as follows:group A and group B with distilled water to fill the stomach; Group C with salbutamol(1.1 mg/Kg), prednisone tablets(7 mg/Kg.) drug delivery; D, E, F group to Kechuanning respectively at 5g/Kg,2.5g/Kg,and 1.25g/Kg. The time to give medicine.Groups were diluted with distilled water into 3 ml liquid to lavage treatment, 1 times a day, 7days of continuous treatment.Then for abdominal aortic blood, serum separation.With Elisa method for determining the levels of IL-4,INF-? and Ig E.Results: Compared with group increased significantly compared with the normal group, asthma group, the levels of serum IL-4 and Ig E levels increased significantly(P < 0.01), IFN gamma value was significantly decreased(P < 0.01); and the model group compared with western medicine treatment group, Kechuanning each dose group, the serum levels of IL-4 and Ig E levels decreased significantly(P < 0.05),whereas IFN gamma(P < 0.05); and the western medicine treatment group compared with Kechuanning, small dose group, the serum levels of IL-4, Ig E value had no significant change(P > 0.05), Kechuanning each dose group, the serum levels of IFN gamma value had no significant change(P > 0.05); and, small dose, dose group, the serum levels of IL-4, Ig E values decreased more significantly(P < 0.05), middle dose group, the serum levels of IFN gamma value relatively elevated(P < 0.05). Detection of serum Ig E level and the level of IL-4 correlation, showing Ig E and IL-4 levels were positively high correlation(r = 0.628, P < 0.01); detection of serum Ig E levels and levels of IFN gamma correlation, showing Ig E levels and IFN- levels were moderately negative correlation(r =- 0.591, P < 0.01).Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of middle dose in Kechuanning was more significant,by raising level of IFN-?, lower levels of IL- 4 and Ig E expression to lower airway inflamemation, maintain Th1 / Th2 balance to regulate the body's immune system.
