Following the development of health care and our advancement in higher medical education, the requirements of society for medical students are not only professional skills but also moral character. Long term educational practices have discovered that the focus and development of a student’s subjectivity and implementing the subjectivity education may well be the effective path of the ideological and political education in medical colleges. However, due to the complexity of the ideological and political education activities, the differences of the personal cognition of college students, the diversity of the social development, the differences among colleges and other reasons, the styles, methods and effects of the subjectivity education have to be improved a lot.This study follows the principle that combine the theory with practice, starting from the theoretical concepts of the ideological and political education of subjectivity. Having traced back to the origin of the theories, it studies the characteristics of the practice and evolution of ideological and political education at home and abroad. After the analysis of medical students’real requirements through the subjectivity education, we have obtained the value of the ideological and political education of subjectivity for medical students. At the same time, through empirical research methods, setting my own medical college as a sample, I have done a natural state analysis,drawing the conclusion that the subjectivity in ideological and political education is missing. And environmental, educators’dominance, the subjectivity of medical students, and ideological and political education related factors were analyzed. Basing on this research, I attempt to propose coping strategies for improving the medical students’ideological and political education of subjectivity; update educational concepts in order to create a good environment; strengthen the system security of building and establishment; attach importance to students’ subjectivity and prepare for the work of the medical students’subjectivity acting in ideological and political education; improve the mode of ideological and political education and the methods of medical students’acting in ideological and political education. |
