The Investigation Of Psychological Factors And The Clinical Observation Of Medication On Functional Constipation

Objective:Functional constipation is a common disease,which pathogenic factors and pathogenesis are complex and not yet be fully understood.The relationship between the pathogenesis of functional constipation and psychological factors gradually be given due attention.In this study, to investigate the relationshipof functional constipation and psychological factors (main both anxiety and depression),explore the role of psychological factors (anxiety and epression) in the pathogenesis of functional constipation and their correlation,And evaluate the efficacy of Macrogol4000Powders(trade name:Fu Song) combined oral Modified Xiaoyao powder to treat such functional constipation.Methods:Select patients,a total of80cases,who are toour hospital Anorectal treatment in line with the diagnostic criteria of functional constipation in Roman III from September2011to September2012. Using Anxiety self-rating scale (SAS) and Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS), compared with Chinese norm level, to understand the psychological situation of the patients with functional constipation,to analyze their psychological status and correlation degree of symptoms of constipation score; The SAS≥50or SDS≥53, and the TCM belongs to stagnation and spleen deficiency patients (n=61) were randomly divided into two groups,the control group (30cases, to Fusong,10g, po, bid); treatment group (31cases, to the Fusong10g, po, bid, and at the same time to combined taking Modified Xiaoyao powder).The course is4weeks.At the end of treatment,assessed psychological (anxiety, depression) and constipation symptoms scores, compared the two groups’ alleviation of psychological (anxiety and depression) and constipation symptom score before and after treatment.And follow-up visit the patient’s condition defecation for3months, to evaluate the long-term efficacy.Results:Compared the psychological (anxiety, depression) conditions of patients with functional constipation with Chinese norm level have significant difference (P <0.05), the abnormal condition of anxiety and depression was positively correlated with symptoms of constipation; After treatment, the treatment group in improving the symptoms of constipation, abnormal psychological (anxiety, depression)is better than that in control group,the comparison between the two groups have significant difference (P<0.05).In terms of overall curative effect, the treatment group and control group total effective rate was83.87%and60.00%, there were significant differences (P<0.05). Follow-up visiting after march, the treatment group and the control group, the recurrence rate was15.38%and55.56%, there were significant differences (P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with functional constipation is more associated with psychological abnormal symptoms (anxiety and depression),The Fusong can improve functional constipation gastrointestinal symptoms, combined taking Modified Xiaoyao powder has good synergy,can more effective treatment with psychological abnormalities of functional constipation (anxiety and depression).
