| Objective To study the correlation between constipation symptoms and psycho psychological factors in patients with functional constipation(FC),At the sametime,to explore the clinical effect of Shuganjieyu capsule on FC with anxiety and depression symptoms,thus providing a new theoretical basis for the clinical treatment of FC.Methods A prospective,randomized,controlled study was used in this study the subjects were FC patients in the outpatient department of the digestive medicine in our hospital from March to June 2017.All the patients had completed the Patient Assessment of Constipation Symptoms(PAC-SYM),Patient Health Questionnaire-9(PHQ-9).Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7(GAD-7),a total of 80 patients who meet the admission criteria,they were randomly divided into the control group(n = 40)and the experimental group(n = 40),the patients in both groups were given probiotics: Bifidobacterium trifolium capsule(befedahl),osmotic laxative: lactofructose oral solution(Dumik),the experimental group was given Shugan Jieyu capsule for 4 weeks.Then fill out the scale again after 4 weeks Statistical methods were used to analyse the two group patients' before and after treatment score.Results More than half of the patients with FC suffered the fecal substance(57.55%),decreased feces(65.0%),decreased defecation(56.3%),defecation effort(65.0%),defecation feeling(68.8%),defecation intention is difficult to discharge(73.8%),at the same time there may be anorectal symptoms such as defecation pain(28.8%),proctorrhagia(26.2%),or burning sensation(22.5%).In addition,there are other patients with abdominal pain(30.0%),Bloating(20%),and stomachache(28.8%).There was no significant association between the two groups before treatment in constipation symptoms(P>0.05).Pretherapy and post-treatment,the scores of control group were(0.908±0.275)and(0.479±0.287)respectively,and the scores of the test group were(0.845±0.302)and(0.323±0.237)respectively,both of the constipation symptom were significantly relieved(P<0.05),and the relief symptom in the test group was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before and after treatment,the GAD-7 and PHQ-9 scores in the control group were(9.775±2.974),(9.125±2.594)and(9.700±2.544),(8.675±2.495)respectively,There were no obvious improvement in psychological factors(P>0.05).In the experimental group,the scores were(9.025±2.694),(4.675±3.025)and(9.450±2.501),(4.575±2.459)respectively,the psychological block were significantly alleviated(P < 0.05).Conclusion Shuganjieyu capsule can not only significantly ease the patients' anxiety and depression mood,in the aspect of relieving constipation symptoms,it is also superior to the use of other drugs alone,which has important clinical significance.The clinical symptoms of FC are not specific.The patients with FC have obvious psyche hindering,psychological factors are closely related to the FC. |
