Objective:Based on women's liver, the influence of traditional Chinese medicine on pregnancy outcome of in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer patients was explored to compare the difference between Chinese medicine treatment and Chinese medicine treatment before transplantation, and to compare the effect of traditional Chinese medicine on patient anxiety.IVF-ET pregnancy success rate provides a combination of Chinese and Western medicine diagnosis and treatment ideas. Methods:Sixty patients were eligible for in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer and TCM syndrome differentiation of liver-stagnation and kidney-deficiency type. They were divided into 30 cases in the control group and 30 cases in the experimental group by random grouping.Among them, the experimental group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine. The IVF-ET cycle was performed 3 months later, and the control group entered the IVF-ET cycle after treatment without Chinese medicine intervention. The pregnancy outcomes before and after pregnancy were compared between the two groups.Result:After the treatment of TCM,the number of natural pregnancies in the treatment group was 5,and the number of natural pregnancies in the control group was 0.After treatment with traditional Chinese medicine, the two groups compared the natural pregnancy rate and clinical pregnancy rate of IVF-ET.The treatment group was higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).The TCM syndrome scores and the anxiety self-rating scale scores of the experimental group were decreased before and after the experimental group, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion:Based on the "women's liver is congenital" guidance treatment of in vitro fertilization-embryonic transplantation process during the patient's anxiety state has a good clinical effect.Combined with the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine such as the addition andsubtraction of kai yu zhong yu tang,it can effectively improve the pregnancy rate and improve the pregnancy outcome.Chinese medicine treatment can improve the psychological condition of patients and reduce the cost of treatment.
