The Analysis Of The Relevance Between Dark Circle And Allergy And Viscera Based On211Cases’ Study For Children In Chengdu

ObjectiveTo analyze the relevance between dark circle and allergy and viscera via materials and data, thus to help clinical disease diagnosis and treatment.MethodsPoll, as a investigative way, was adopted in this research in order to make a comparison between two groups of respondants in out-patient service and ward, which are respectively the children in with black circles and vice versa.The study was mainly achieved by questionnaire survey of their families with result being edited in Excel. There are in total two steps:Step1:Firstly,the investigation was conducted through the comparsion study of respective50cases of the children with black circle and without black circle according to the requirement that their age,gender,and nation are matched.And their age differece were required to be controlled within one year.The problems relating to black circle and allergy and viscera of both groups were dealed with assignment,and analysised by spssl8.0statistical software.And its P value was calculated by single factor which was tested by x2.Step2:The problems relating to black circle and allergy and viscera of both groups in211cases and50cases were also dealed with assignment,and analysised by spssl8.0statistical software.And its P value was calculated by single factor which was tested by X2.Then the single factor analysis which has a significant project will be sent back to unconditioned logistitc regression analysis,and be caculated it OR values with95%confidence interval via a comprehensive analysis of referance between dark circle and allergy and visrcera.ResultsSingle factor chi-square analysis indicated that for the children with eczema, allergic rhinitis and bronchial asthma, or their families has a history of allergies, lung deficiency constitution, spleen deficient constitution and check relating to allergy,their relative P values were less than0.05,The difference was of statistical significance. Multi-factor unconditioned Logistic regression analysis indicated that the children who was diagnosed to have the disease of eczema, allergic rhinitis, recurrent respiratory infections, lung deficiency constitution, and spleen deficient constitution,thier OR values were respectively4.445,8.645,4.964,4.185and2.784.These diseases are very dangerous factor of inducing black circle.ConclusionBy the single factor chi-square test and the multi-factor unconditioned Logistic regression analysis, the results suggest related allergic diseases, including eczema, allergic rhinitis, asthma are closely related to the formation of the black rim of the black circle. TCM constitution factors, mainly lung deficiency physique and spleen deficient constitution is associated with the formation of the black circle. Prompt that in clinical, we should pay attention to the inspection of pediatric eye shadow,combining the symptoms pediatric black rim of the eye with disease and health, and applying the inspection of eye shadow when we diagnose disease, in order to help us not only grasp more comprehensive information of diseases and the health of children, but also help us send party drugs to some extent.
