Objective: To understand the electronic bronchoscopy shadow of the lung disease diagnosis. Method: The use of X-ray chest radiography, chest CT and other methods detected 427 cases of patients with lung shadow by electronic bronchoscopy combined a variety of observation methods such as biopsy material, brush, fluid delivery, which were detected by pathological examination or training.And make the result of Pathology, diagnostic therapy, follow up patients for further therapy as gold standard for clinical definite by using the electronic bronchoscopy of Olympus CV-260 and spss11.0. Results: The end diagnosis are pulmonary tuberculosis 182cases, lung cancer 122cases, inflammation 67cases,inflammatory pseudotumor 19cases,lung cancer and pulmonary tuberculosis 15cases, interstitial pneumonia 12cases, connective tissue disease 4cases, pneumonokoniosis 2cases, hamartoma 2cases, pneumonokoniosis and pulmonary tuberculosis 1case, pulmonary sequestration 1case, at last the general positive rate was 80.33%. Bronchoscopy in the diagnosis of lung lesions has the shadow of a higher rate(the positive rate was 79.63% in pulmonary tuberculosis and 74.47% in lung cancer), and by the statistical method of electronic bronchoscopic by a variety of changes depending on the disease, there was a significant inter-group differences. Conclusion: Electronic bronchoscopy based on the joint use of a variety of methods are clearly the nature of the lung shadow of a simple, accurate better method.
