Clinical Study Of Dark Plum Soupfumigation Treatment Of Rectal Prolapse In Children

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Wumei soup fumigation treatment of rectal prolapse of the first degree, and explore a set of simple and convenient operation, safety and high efficiency, the utility method is easy to children proctoptosis treating widespread.Method:In this study, clinical study,40clinical diagnosis of rectal prolapse and agree to accept the fumigation treatment, were eligible for pediatric patients according to the random method,20people in each group, divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group and the plum soup fumigation treatment with oral administration of Buzhongyiqi pill; control group with lukewarm water treatment with oral administration of Buzhongyiqi pill treatment, two groups use the same observation index and standard. The two groups were observed and compared the total effect of mucosa, pushing back the length,③mucosa returning time, the blood in the stool, and perianal moist, recurrence, two months later. The results are compared and the score, statistical analysis of two groups of related data.Result:1.The experimental group and the control group were generally in gender, age, course of disease, the disease such as data showed no significant difference (P>0.05), with comparable;2.There is no significant difference between the2experimental group and control group in the total curative effect, blood in the stool, anal wet conditions, recurrence after two months,(P>0.05) but there is significant difference in the treatment of mucous membrane after returning back to the time length and mucosa.Conclusion:Summary we can see through the clinical observation of the experimental group and control group, in this experiment, the experimental group and the control group of children with rectal prolapse have clinical curative effect. The statistical results in the total effect, mucosal induction time, some two months after the treatment anal situation significantly difference in statistics, and the experimental group in the total effect, mucosal induction time, two months after the treatment of anal conditions were better than the control group. The conclusion mume Decoction fumigation treatment of rectal prolapse has remarkable curative effect.
