| Object: This research takes female images as the research object,and through randomized controlled trial research method,which was conducted on patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands who come from Appropriate technology of nursing clinic in Hu Bei Provincial Hospital of TCM,for to observe the effect of copper-plate scrapping therapy in mammary hyperplasia,then to evaluate the improvement of symptoms such as pain and lumps by copper-plate scrapping therapy.This research intend to provide a new train of thought for the TCM nursing intervention of mammary hyperplasia,and provide some reference for the clinical application and promotion of copper-plate scrapping therapy.Method: According to the clinical diagnosis of mammary hyperplasia,this research included 76 subjects.Researchers numbered them in turn,then to select 76 random Numbers by the random number table,divided them into treatment group and control group by simple random sampling method,each group with 38 cases.The treatment group for copper-plate scrapping therapy,and control group for comfort scrapping therapy respectively.This research include 3 courses,3 times per course,the intervals is 4-7d(subject to the last elimination of the scrapping),avoid the monthly period,then to statistical analysis with data after the treatment.Result:(1)This research included 76 patients,the cure rate of observe group is 7.89%,the effectiveness is 81.58%,the subjects' self-assessment of efficacy score is 11.47 ± 1.74,and the average symptom score of mammary hyperplasia has reduced 2.53 points.The effectiveness of control group is 2.63%,the subjects' self-assessment of efficacy score is 11.47±1.74,average symptom score of mammary hyperplasia has reduced 2.53 points.(2)Before treatment,the pain score of observe group is 2.37±1.17 points,the mass score is 2.74±1.19 points.After treatment,the pain score is 0.11±0.32 points,and the mass score is 2.52±1.47 points.(3)Before treatment,the body pain score of observe group is 82.84±8.04 points,the overall health score is 72.94±17.76 points,mental health score is 73.68±12.39 points.After treatment,the body pain score is 85.26±5.74 points,the overall health score is 74.73±74.73 points,and the mental health score is 75.79±10.79 points.(4)The most unsatisfactory items of observe group about this therapy is pain and the long course of treatment,which are 33(86.84%)cases and 21(55.26%)cases,respectively.The most unsatisfactory items of control group is long course of treatment and the poor efficacy,which are 38(100%)cases?37(97.37%)cases,respectively.(5)The most effective syndrome of mammary hyperplasia by copper-plate scrapping therapy is liver Qi stagnation,which is 14(77.78%)cases.The effective rate of treatment for TCM Constitution of peace,gas, moisture,heat,and Yin deficiency,THE BIG FIVE of extraversion is 100%.The effective treatment of mammary hyperplasia with anxiety and depression is 1(50%)and 8(61.54%),respectively.Conclusion:(1)Copper-plate scrapping therapy has a good therapeutic effect on mammary hyperplasia,it can significantly relieve the symptoms of breast pain,and reduce the size of breast to some degree.In a word,copper-plate scrapping therapy is a Nursing technique with TCM feature which is worthy of clinical promotion and in-depth study.(2)The results of the study show that the Copper-plate scrapping therapy has a certain effect on the physical pain,general health and mental health of the patients with mammary hyperplasia.(3)Comparing the clinical efficacy of the observation group and the treatment group,the self-assessment of the subjects and the satisfaction of the subjects,the results showed that the placebo effect was worse,so that the placebo effect of Copper-plate scrapping therapy could be excluded. |
