Study On The Improvement Of Family Doctor Team Members' Service Capacity

ObjectivesThrough the investigation of the status quo and influencing factors of family doctors team members ' service capacity in Nanhai District,Foshan City.Understand the current status of family doctors team members ' service capabilities in Nanhai District,this paper analyzes the factors that affecting the family doctor' s service capacity,Combining the results of interviews with family doctors,discusses strategies to improve the family doctor' s service capacity,and puts forward corresponding suggestions based on the actual situation.MethodsBased on the relevant literatures,this study investigated the current status and influencing factors of family doctors team members' service capabilities in 10 community health centers in Nanhai District,Foshan City,based on family doctors' interviews and self-made survey scales.Using stratified random sampling,60 samples were taken from each community health service center,and 600 questionnaires were distributed.From May in 2018 to June in 2018,self-made questionnaires were distributed to the family doctor team members to fill in by themselves.The survey included demographic characteristics,service capacity entries,and impact factor entries for family doctor team members.Descriptive statistical methods were used to analyze the demographic characteristics of the sample,principal component analysis method was used to extract the common factors of the influencing factors,and multiple linear regression method was used to comprehensively analyze the influencing factors of family doctors team members ' service capacity.Epidata3.1 was used to input the data,and SPSS19.0 statistical software was used for logic error detection and verification analysis,and statistical analysis was performed.ResultsA total of 600 questionnaires were distributed and 560 valid questionnaires were returned.The effective recovery rate was 93.33%.Principal component analysis method was used to extract the five common factors of family doctor service influencing factors.According to higher level of variance contribution rate to lower level of variance contribution rate,the work familiarity,resource allocation,career confidence,work initiative,job competency,and cumulative variance contribution rate were 69.336%.Multivariate regression was used to analyze the impact factors to find out the main factors affecting family doctors' contracting services.The research shows that the five common factors have a significant positive impact on the improvement of family doctors team members' service capacity,and the degree of influence on service capacity is deeply affected,the higher level to lower level about the influence of service capacity is work initiative,job familiarity,job competency,resource allocation,career confidence.ConclusionFor improve the family doctor' s service capacity,we must improve the number of family doctor teams and the quality of team members,we also should establish a perfect family doctor training system,and strengthen the talent team.It is necessary to rationally allocate health resources,establish resource allocation oriented to the needs of family doctors' contracting services,and strengthen the construction of health information,and help family doctors achieve maximum residents' health management through the combination of network information technology and medical care.We should improve relevant supporting policies and create a good policy environment for the promotion of family doctors' contracting services,so that family doctors' contracting services will become more validness and more legality.
