Health Management is to conduct health information collection, analysis and evaluatehealth status for people, no matter he is in a healthy state or sub-health state or disease state,give him advice and guidance program and supervise the implementation of the healthstatus, do some implementation of prevention-oriented interventions to promote healthycondition or disease state to a state of health transformation, achieve effective prevention andcontrol of diseases and it’s purpose is to reduce healthcare costs. With the development ofmobile Internet, a lot of people start using Android smart phone. Mobile health gradually stepinto people’s lives with the further development of sensor technology.This paper study usingAndroid phones to build portable personal health management platform, recording andmanaging health data.It’s more convenient and faster, and operable than traditional healthmanagement.This paper study the implementation of health management platform based on Androidsmartphone. It takes smartphone users’ health information and data for the study, exploreshealth data acquisition, display, storage, management, and analysis and diagnosis. The mainwork is to design Android smartphone’s health management software, and develop code thatimplements this software. And store data by Tomcat server and MySQL Database.Android health management software mainly consists of user login and register modules,the main function modules, receive or physiological data entry and display and managementmodules, disease prevention and health promotion of universal knowledge module, electronicmedical records modules, data upload and physician feedback module.It will complete thefollowing functions: record and manage blood pressure, weight, medical history and otherinformation, draw its trends; heart sounds acquisition by special stethoscope and Androidmobile headphone jack; use the smartphone camera to detect heart rate; drawelectrocardiogram; upload health data.To receive and store mobile phone users’ health data,server-side uses Tomcat and MySQL, for mobile phone users to establish long-term healthrecords management.
