It is the third most serious non-communicable disease threatening human health following tumor and vascular disease. Therefore, the treatment of diabetes has become the world’s experts to solve the problem. As one of the "five carriages" of diabetes treatment, exercise therapy can effectively control the risk indicators of diabetic patients.However, sports therapy has the characteristics of individual differences, and the evaluation system is imperfect. In practice, the treatment is far from being fully utilized.In view of the above problems, it is beneficial to discover and deal with anomalies in the process of diabetes health monitoring and management system based on mobile Internet, and systematically manage during the rehabilitation process, so as to minimize the dependency of medical staff and improve the patient’s consciousness. To achieve the goal of reducing the risk of diabetes complications and correcting the low standard rate of diabetes treatment, it has a strong instructive and practical significance for the effective rehabilitation of diabetic exercise.First of all, based on the relevant theoretical research, this paper expatiates on the technical basis of the system. Secondly, according to the actual demand in the process of diabetes rehabilitation treatment, the system process flow analysis is introduced through demand analysis, function analysis, business process analysis and data flow analysis.Then, through the overall design(design of functional structure design, physical configuration) and detailed design(system design, hardware design of health monitoring system) two a design of the overall system, the system is applied to the movement monitoring and management system of diabetes rehabilitation, which facilitates the maintenance, configuration and expansion of the system. Finally, based on the introduction of the system design in the previous chapter, the results of the system implementation are analyzed and tested.
