Continuous development of society, people’s health awareness is growing. Some phenomena, such as sub-health, expanding population of patient and aging problem is making the health care resources become more strained. People’s concept of health is starting changing from going for a doctor while illness to preventing illness. Health care system which is able to judge the health of people has become an urgent demand. With3G,4G, WIFI communication technology and the development of Internet technology, we have entered the era of Mobile Internet. In the mobile Internet era, The role of mobile terminals with intelligent operating system become increasingly prominent, through which, people try to design some creative medical service, such as writing software to give instructions to healthy life. Android system is developing rapidly from the time of its birth in2005, up to now, it has been firmly occupied the lion’s share of the mobile operating system market, and various application based on android emerge endlessly.The starting point of this paper is to get physiological data through the smart Android terminal, establish a monitoring system to allow them or others observe their physical condition, but also provide a basis for follow-up treatment or service. We choose oxygen saturation physiological index. Oxygen saturation, as a parameter measuring whether the body’s oxygen level is normal, has important clinical significance, which is widely used in care of newborn or preterm children and critically ill patients of cardiopulmonary.The contents of the paper are illustrated as follows: 1. We describe the optical detection principle of pulse oximetry, Derivation of formula. According to the detection principle with660nm red and940infrared spectroscopy, we choose a suitable MCU MSP430, design Schematics of measurement.2. According to the schematic, we produce PCB board, complete the software and hardware design of the device, including amplification, filtering, noise and other signal processing to achieve real-time detection of oxygen.3. Establish the monitoring system of Android smart terminal, conduct a detailed description of Android development.
